Anybody know what sample they tested against? What was it, where was it, etc.? Just want to clear that up.

but seriously, Karr is a sicko and a pervert. these are the only facts not in doubt. the best thing the Boulder DA could do for this society - is to drop this quickly if there is nothing to it, and let him be charged in California.

JMK goes to prison on pornography charges, sentenced to 5 years, out in 22 months. Writes a book while he's there.

That would be interesting to see if there are unknown facts in there. That's why I'm wondering about the possibility of Karr being in contact with the perp. I wonder if any effort is being made to see who all he was corresponding with through the internet?
I still don't think it was anyone in JonBenet's immediate family.
That's a saga by itself. I think what might be germane to this case is to see if it can be traced back to...you know who. We know the Boulder DA and the prof were a little too chummy but, I wonder?
No now NG also said that the DA LACY will nOT be filing shcarges....lol.

There should be... he was brought back on "evidence" that Proffessor Tracey provided to Mary Lacy.
I think we are entitled to see it.
Likely they she let us --- might "harm" the case for future suspects, I mean crackpots.
the problem is, his contacts with the professor and the police (thinking it was Patsy) - provided him with a conduit for details about the case, being fed back to him.
he would have to posess some physical evidence from the crime scene to tie him to it.
A TV station.... leaker in her office? Dunno. Maybe herself. Too ashamed to face the media camera?
