I went to that site and it says DR. Gustave Igel apparently paid a 2,000,000 indemity on 1/20/1993 for something that occured on 2/02/1990

Is 2/02/1990 when Terri was first hospitalized?

And, Terri or no Terri, I really wish they would. If a feeding tube is already present, feeding should not be defined as medical treatment any more than Thanksgiving dinner is! Florida's law on the matter is a death trap.

Yes-both parents of Michael are dead, he said so on LKL, said he had to help them pass over....no suprise there.

And from the aerial photograph, which shows his house is on the shore at the point where it bows out pretty far, it looks like he should have uninterferred views to the right and left.

Thus far the FL Supremes have refused to hear the case. I guess they would salivate at the bit to get it now though. I don't think there is any doubt that this ultraliberal court will come down strongly on the side of Michael R. Schiavo, regardless of the legal reasoning.

I wonder too if the judges of the Supreme Court (two or three) who come up for a voter plebiscite in 2004 might be "allowed" to vote "for" Terri, knowing that their votes won't be needed, for PR purposes to fool gullible voters.

Unsure about his father Bill's death.

I believe it is....(going from memory here on other stuff that has been posted about him). Terri's family/attorney have challenged his appointment due to conflicts of interest. The HINO has, of course, challenged ANY appointment of a GAL pending the "overturning" of Terri's Law.

Marjory Schiavo has no connection to Michael Schiavo other than being next to him in an alphabetical list.

I am, sadly, the guilty original source for thinking there is some connection between Marjory and Michael...

I had noticed Marjory's name was in the source coding for Michael's page.

I realized, a few minutes after I originally posted my find, that the only connection between the two is the way the sunbiz.org web pages are coded.

I then posted an explanation that I thought I had made a mistake. I asked the moderator to remove the original mistaken post, which he very kindly did.

The sunbiz.org pages are set up to enable you to move around the pages by clicking those buttons under the lists.

Their website keeps track of the keyword you have used for your search and of other filings on the pages you have been on , etc.

Marjory's name is in the [hidden from view] source coding for Michael's page only to help the viewer move through the website.

WOW Cyn! Great find! That is pretty damning. HINO has been caught in yet another lie. Not that it will matter that much. He is so like Bill Clinton...tell enough lies and people will get tired of trying to keep them all straight so they just stop challenging you. Nice try. It won't work for you Michael.

Seems we are dealing with some real demons. They just want Terri dead and will do anything they have to do to accomplish that. Thanks for the heads up Ethan, and for all your hard work on this case.

Is it mostly public documents that are disappearing? I have always operated under the assumption that exchanges of information have been watched, but it's disconcerting to have it confirmed.

Article XII of the Florida Constitution provides several ways to amend the state constitution. I don't think all of them require a popular vote (although I don't know whether it's possible to accomplish any of them before November of next year). Does the vote have to be in November? Or can an earlier special election be scheduled?
