It really isn't a suprising move for the ACLU to accept a member to the board from an organization with known terror ties. Its not like its the first time.
Islam, as it is taught by those who adhere to its radical element (which unfortunately, is very sizable), is an anti-freedom philosophy and a form of mental slavery. If you don't believe me, look at the title of this post, and

Madrid Bombings Not Al-Qaeda Operation
The Spanish investigation into the March 11 bombings in Madrid has concluded that the planners and perpetrators were home-grown Islamists and not connected to al-Qaeda, This isn't good news for Spain or the wider war on terror.
