On www.wintersoldier.com's Timeline page, it says "April 22, 1972 -- John Kerry represents the VVAW at the "Emergency March for Peace" in Bryant Park in New York City."
At that same time, according to the FBI surveillance file, Section 50, Part 1, Page 152. VVAW/WSO revealed information about a US Military operation. "...the VVAW/WSO operation during 4/72 during which a canvass of VVAW/WSO members, some in active military service, developed information indicating US would bomb Hanoi and Haiphong. This information was disseminated by VVAW/WSO prior to the actual bombing and could have seriously jeopardized US Military operations and lives of servicemen."

My guess would be that stockpirate is reviewing all of the several files that cover July to December, 1971. I counted 21 files covering that period, for a total of 3,356 pages. If you get the files from http://ice.he.net/~freepnet/kerry/staticpages/index.php?page=20040518192545112 it lists the dates, number of pages and file size. If you got the files elsewhere, you might not have gotten that info.
Thanks for pointing that out. :)
Yes, but did you know Kerry served in Vietnam? That's right, received three purple hearts.
3? Three? Why, that man should be President!
Go back and follow the money...Be sure to see if there were any infusions of cash into any thing Johnny had an association with during and after the meetings, there were more than one, with North Veitnamese.
Find and follow the money trails...
He saved a fellow American's life.
Despise him or not, it still doesn't deminish what he went through as a POW. Trivializing his experiences just makes you look foolish.
I haven't figured out ping lists yet. I've started a word processor document with a list of people to ping. I just started it, and haven't even used it yet.
I used to ride my Sportster a lot. She's been sitting in the garage for awhile now, for reasons I'd rather not go into. I'll ride again. Just not right now.
Now that would kill him! When I need a hug, I just squeeze his little finger. It's the only thing that doesn't hurt. My biggest reward is just looking across the table and seeing the love of my life.
Tried? As in - failed? Did the big dog lunge through the glass and eat them, or did you shoot them? I guess it doesn't make much difference. Either way, the whole glass needs to be replaced. The paperwork after an incident like that can be very time consuming.
But worth it.
They smashed the door glass with a big rock, then got surprised by someone coming into the parking lot and took off. Luckily, we had mirror tint on the glass, it was the only thing that held the glass in place. The alarm did not go off, as they had not entered the building. I was able to get the glass replaced yesterday and got a quote from the alarm company to upgrade the system to include glass break sensors. Thank goodness they did not get our new computers, one was still in the box with those convenient little carry handles. Yikes!
Kind of puts things in perspective, doesn't it. Well send him a hug from this freeper.
Will do. (a virtual hug)

I've been doing further checking on the news article that mentions kerry's speech in Bryant Park. It's beginning to make sense, and appears to be authentic, but I'm not done yet. A rep from wintersoldier.com told me who he got the article from, and that it originally ran in the Edwardsville Intelligencer on 4/22/72. I've contacted the Edwardsville Intelligencer, and am waiting for a response from them. The guy who provided it to wintersoldier.com found it in a library archive, but I don't know what library.
I had never heard about THAT aspect of the Misslies of October.
See, there ya go, human hubby, yes, bunnies and plants , no. Your talent lies with the former.Glad it is going well.
:-)
Georgia was a little closer to Cuba, though!
Seriously, the guys who came back from WWII were serious about defending their freedom and families. There was some little town in Tennessee right after WWII that was being run by a mob boss and his gang, and when he tried to fix the election all the returned soldiers got together and took over the election process AND the town (and threw the bums out.) There were photos at the time of ex-GIs guarding the ballot boxes with fixed bayonets. They did NOT mess around.
I think you'll find when the chips are down that there are still plenty of those men around. Just not the liberals in the big cities and suburbs.
Indeed it would. I trust the wintersoldier.com website, believe me! I'm not trying to discredit them. That article though would be damning for Kerry, since it would show that he did indeed have a connection with the VVAW organization even AFTER they met to conspire to assasinate U.S. Senators, in 1972 (I believe that's when that meeting was). He said he left the VVAW after that meeting, but this would show he didn't, IF the date could be verified. That's why I was asking.
Of course, I'm sure others smarter than me have tried that already, so that's probably why that article isn't front page news, so to speak, in conservative circles.
At any rate, very interesting thread. Thanks for getting back to me!
Cool, thanks for all the background research! Ping me if you get a reply from them, I'd like to hear what you find out there!
Thanks,
