If healthcare passes the socialist coup d'etat has advanced beyond the point of no return!
Dec 19, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

“Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers.”

How would things be much different if they were?

But no matter, they soon will be.

What do you suggest, sir?

Tea Party’s didn’t stop them. The march on 9/12 didn’t phase them. We need something bigger & peaceful they cannot ignore. Otherwise we will have blood in the streets.

I am ready and willing. Would just like to see a reasones, responsible plan put forward to take our country back!

I understand the reluctance to use violence. The problem is that we are being forced to move so far away from the founding principles of this country. We have e-mailed, sent faxes, demonstrated in Tea Parties and we are ignored and/or marginalized. The little people do not know what is in their best interest, you see. Something will have to give. I hope it does not come to violence, but Jefferson did say that the tree of liberty needs to be refreshed from time to time with the blood of tyrants. When the government of the people, by the people and for the people is stolen by those who know better than we do what is in our best interest, something will have to give.

We might try making these thugs accountable where it hurts like in their pocketbooks.

IT will be overturned...

That would require the inverse of the current situation: filibuster proof conservative majorities in both the house and senate as well as a conservative president. With ACORN (under whatever new name) and the union political corruption machine on steroids, do you really see that happening?

The resistance may needs to move beyond the electoral process. Work less and stop paying heavy taxes. Ramp up the protests and the tyrants will reveal their true nature. It took a Boston massacre before there was a real Boston Tea Party.

The people are pissed!

Even the Looney Left (DU, Kos) oppose this mandatory health insurance bill, as PJ-Comix and I have been documenting on the DUmmie FUnnies. Of course, they oppose it because it is not socialist *enough*, but at least they hate it too!

It looks like the Repubs may be given another chance in 2010, in sort of a replay of the 1992/1994 scenario. Let's just hope we get some principled constitutional conservatives in there who will have the guts to stay the course and stem the tide.

It’s time to pick the hill you’re going to die on. All of us now have but two choices:

1. Submit. And may your chains rest lightly.

2. Refuse. And resist by every art and means at your disposal.

Your lives, the lives of your families, and of millions yet to be born are all that’s at stake.

There are not enough jails, not enough police, not enough courts to enforce a law not supported by the people.

Who would have ever thought that one day we could look to someone like Hubert Humphrey for some inspiration?

Actually, it’s the fools that kept voting for anybody, no matter how liberal, as long as they had an “R” after their name that have put us in the mess we were in. If we’d stood our ground years ago, we’d have had a real conservative to vote for in 2008, and the liberals wouldn’t have been able to twist things around against us so effectively.

I hopefully look to the end of Prohibition as an example of something being undone. Awaiting Jim’s response to some of the questions posed here....
