EW YORK, Sept.4- Gerald Posner revealed yesterday on "The O'Reilly Factor," (FoxNews), that he voted for clinton TWICE but would not have done so, knowing what he knows today.

He said that when he was researching his new book, he was nauseated -- literally -- by clinton's utter failure to protect America from the growing global threat of terrorism.

Posner added that he was further sickened by the attempt of the clintons and their minions to rewrite the clinton legacy of utter failure. (It was the terrorism, stupid.)

As an American Muslim and a political supporter of Clinton, I feel now, as I argued with Clinton and Berger then, that their counter-terrorism policies fueled the rise of Bin Laden from an ordinary man to a Hydra-like monster.

You are the orginator of this practice on this thread. Your unsolicited critique prompted a review of your page. Crammed with the shining love of Jesus, I thought it strange that such a devoted disciple would offer criticisms so freely.

Personally, I tend to take criticisms in stride, but through long association with 'Christianity', I will say that it wears thin when the minions of Christ do exactly as you have done. Like most Christians, you were the first on the scene to "police" and you tend to receive input with far less grace than your supposed ideals would suggest.

Then again, maybe that is consistent with Christianity...

"Well, what did Bush II do for 1 1/2 years before 9/11?" Bush was not president until Jan of 2001. So that's a little over seven months before 9/11 not 1.5 yrs. Also they were already preparing for the war in Afganistan because he knew that the Taliban and Bin Laden had to be taken out.

He also was being tested by the big Dem contributors in Communist China as well, working on a realistic US energy policy (which might have helped some of today's problems) He also was dealing with a the sliding economy that the former administration lied about and covered up prior to the election.

And he did all this without getting BJ's from the help in the Oval Office. So why don't you take a hike..troll

This legacy confab is in and of itself proof certain of clinton's deeply flawed character, and a demonstration in real time of the way in which the clinton years were about a legacy that was incidentally a presidency.

Madeleine Albright captured the essence of this dysfunctional presidency best when she explained why clinton couldn't go after bin Laden.

According to Richard Miniter, the Albright revelation occurred at the cabinet meeting that would decide the disposition of the USS Cole bombing by al Qaeda [that is to say, that would decide to do what it had always done when a "bimbo" was not spilling the beans on the clintons: Nothing]. Only Clarke wanted to retaliate militarily for this unambiguous act of war.

Albright explained that a [sham] Mideast accord would yield [if not peace for the principals, surely] a Nobel Peace Prize for clinton. Kill or capture bin Laden and clinton could kiss the 'accord' and the Peace Prize good-bye.

If clinton liberalism, smallness, cowardice, corruption, perfidy--and, to borrow a phrase from Andrew Cuomo, clinton cluelessness--played a part, it was, in the end, the Nobel Peace Prize that produced the puerile pertinacity that enabled the clintons to shrug off terrorism's global danger.

The fact that "our national mourner," bill "I feel your pain" clinton, never even visited the site--he was only 15 minutes away mere days after the 1993 WTC bombing--validates Albright's assertion like nothing else.
