Quilla, Carlo,

I just had the exact same problem
I think my order went through, but it wasn't the normal transaction function, plus I had to register on e-bay.

But I know that it will be worth the trouble!

Thanks Carlo, I can't wait to read this one.

Carlos,

My deepest apologies. Maybe I just need another cup of coffee. I didn't realized YOU had put this cookbook together. Please count me in!

How do I get my copy?

Again, my apologies. I misunderstood.

Does "the" Book Cooker have any recipes for Cheese Heads???

Well, here is a whimpy cheese thingy, more of a "Not Tonight Honey, I Have A CheeseHeadache" recipe....we have the real MACHO stuff inside....Bwhahahhahaahah

BLINTZES "CHEESE" WITH BLUEBERRY SAUCE
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, and the kids go wacky for this stuff, and oh so many ways to fill'em....enjoy!

These Hanukkah desserts are appropriate to this holiday, since cheese delicacies are a typical off offering.

Sauce

Pancake batter

Filling

1) Combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse on and off until the blueberries are coarsely chopped. Sprinkle in the cornstarch and pulse on and off a few more times. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer until the mixture has thickened.
2) Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. The filling may be done ahead of time and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before serving.
3) Combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine the egg substitute with the water, soymilk, and oil. Stir until well blended. Make a well in the flour and pour the wet mixture in. Stir vigorously just until smoothly combined -- don't overbeat.
4) Heat a 6- or 7-inch nonstick skillet. When it is hot enough to make a drop of water sizzle, drop a scant 1/4 cupful of batter in and swirl it around until it coats the skillet. Cook on both sides until golden. Remove to a plate and repeat until the batter is used up.
5) Combine the ingredients for the filling in a small mixing bowl. If the "cheese" seems very dry, add a bit of soy milk to give it a creamier consistency. Divide the mixture among the pancakes and fold as instructed in the accompanying illustration. Serve at room temperature, passing the sauce around for guests to spoon over their blintzes.
Makes 16 blintzes, 2 per serving

Tofu Banana Cheesecake
Don't laugh, just try it....{{{{shudder}}}}...sooooo goood..LOL

1) In food processor, place graham crackers; process until crumbs form. Combine with sugar and butter, mixing well. Pat on bottom and 1 3/4-inches up sides of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Cool.
2) In food processor, blend tofu and cottage cheese together.
3) Mash and add 2 ripe bananas, honey, flour, lemon juice, and banana extract (optional). Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, or until skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Remove from pan to serving plate. Slice and arrange remaining banana on top.
Heat apricot jam with brandy until liquefied. Press through strainer. Brush glaze over top.
Pipe chocolate frosting around base of cheesecake, if desired.
Refrigerate 2 hours or more before serving.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
