  • Former Fox correspondent [Carl Cameron] says police will have to start monitoring Fox News to prevent Tucker Carlson from lying on air

A former correspondent with Fox News suggested on Saturday that law enforcement agencies will have to take action against Fox News and Tucker Carlson to "stop the lying." Carl Cameron, Fox's former chief political correspondent, told CNN's Jim Acosta that Carlson in particular has been "screaming fire in a crowded movie house for years." "The fact of the matter is, if you disturb the peace by starting a riot in a movie theater, cops are going to arrest you and you might end up in jail or you might end up in something worse," Cameron said. "And that kind of...

===================================================================== MSNBC guest: "We got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation ... the president acknowledged that it’s time to actually start doing things and maybe taking some names and putting people in jail." pic.twitter.com/1ZaCdBADn5 — Washington Free Beacon (@FreeBeacon) May 17, 2022 (Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Floating in the Fox News jetsam along with Chris Wallace, last seen scurrying for a dark corner in the rubble of CNN programming, former Fox News reporter Carl Cameron was busy this week trashing his old network and calling for Republicans to be thrown in jail for spreading...

Should people be tracked and put in prison for spreading what the powers that be deem as "misinformation"? A former reporter for the Fox News Channel thinks it might be time for that. Carl Cameron, the former chief political correspondent at Fox News, made the stunning remark during an interview Tuesday with MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace, as the topic centered on the political ideology of mass shooters. "What happens at Fox News when something like this happens?" Wallace asked Cameron. "I can't even imagine. It's partly why I ended up gettin' out of there," Cameron responded. "It really is kind...

Monday, FNC host Tucker Carlson decried the media effort to promote vaccinations by blaming the continued spread of COVID-19 on those that have not yet gotten vaccinations. Carlson also responded to comments from former FNC correspondent Carl Cameron criticizing Fox News for its primetime personalities’ willingness to question the vaccinations.

A climate change activist and a former Fox News reporter are teaming up on a website designed to combat “disinformation” spread by right-leaning media, focusing especially on climate change. The author and blogger Joe Romm and ex-Fox News politics reporter Carl Cameron launched FrontPageLive.com last week, a news aggregation website that the duo call “the go-to liberal antidote” to the conservative aggregation site, the Drudge Report. Romm and Cameron’s project does not specifically focus on climate change. But the issue dominates the website, with a special section marked by the hashtag #ClimateCrisis dedicated to links to stories focused on it....

Former Fox News reporter Carl Cameron said Monday that he left the network favored by conservatives because "right-wing hosts drowned out straight journalism with partisan misinformation." Cameron made the remarks in a promotional video about why he joined Front Page Live, a website whose goal is, in part, to serve as an antidote to the conservative Drudge Report. "What’s a former Fox guy doing here on Front Page Live partnering with progressives?" Cameron, who worked at Fox News for more than two decades, said in the video. "Well, it’s about facts, not partisanship." Cameron, now Front Page Live's chief political...

They have struck again! It appears that the same heckler who interrupted a Marco Rubio rally on Sunday, pretending to be a jilted boyfriend, has now convinced a Fox News reporter that Donald Trump supporters in Florida are boasting armbands.Fox’s Carl Cameron (pictured above) produced a segment on the Trump armbanders, which Shepard Smith aired during his show Monday:(video at link)But take a look at the screengrab of the troll/comedian from the Rubio rally:Here is the video from that event:(video at link)Compare with the photo below from Cameron’s producer Nick Kalman posted Monday afternoon:The armband boasters appear also to be the...
  • Fox News Declares Ted Cruz Ineligible To Be POTUS Due To Birth In Canada [American Mother]

Now we are finally getting somewhere. Just like Obama is ineligible technically because his fathers British Nationality 'governed' his birth status in 1961, Ted Cruz is ineligible too. Fox News has confirmed it and rightly so. Sean Hannity made a huge blunder the other day and declared Ted Cruz a natural born citizen because he was born to a American mother in Canada. He was so wrong. Cruz is a 14th Amendment U.S. 'statutory' (not natural born) citizen which is something completely different than a Article 2 Section 1 Constitutional natural born Citizen which is explicitly designed only for the...

When Governor Palin arrived in Iowa yesterday Ben Smith of Politico tweeted: On the way to the Palin mob, ran into a furious Fox crew who hadn’t been given a heads up.Ben also writes: Palin also gave extended interviews to CNN’s Don Lemon and ABC’s Jake Tapper. Fox had a camera at the event, but none of its on-air correspondents appeared at her hourlong press conference.Evidently Fox didn’t take it lightly and decided to get even. So they sent out Carl Cameron to lie, spin and make stuff up, twice in 90 seconds: First he said this. She’s been saying...

Fox News correspondent Carl Cameron, in conversation at the Netroots Nation convention, said his network blew up the Shirley Sherrod story, that Senate candidate Sharron Angle “always seems confused,” and agreed that his network boosts the Tea Party. Cameron, speaking to blogger Dante Atkins shortly after Atkins had been interviewed for a Fox segment about the Netroots event, nodded as Atkins repeated comments he made on camera that the Tea Party movement was largely organized by Fox News hosts like Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. “Tell me about it,” Cameron smirked.

NEW YORK, (AP) -- MSNBC was the victim of a hoax when it reported that an adviser to John McCain had identified himself as the source of an embarrassing story about former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, the network said Wednesday. David Shuster, an anchor for the cable news network, said on air Monday that Martin Eisenstadt, a McCain policy adviser, had come forth and identified himself as the source of a Fox News Channel story saying Palin had mistakenly believed Africa was a country instead of a continent. Eisenstadt identifies himself on a blog as a senior fellow at...

By now you’ve all heard the Fox News report last week that “unnamed” former McCain advisers leaked that Sarah Palin was confused about whether Africa was a continent, and which countries were in NAFTA. I was perfectly happy staying under the radar as an anonymous source for Fox News‘ Carl Cameron, but now that Palin has accused her accusers of being “unprofessional…jerks…cowards… taking things out of context, and then tried to spread something on national news” and begun to cast doubt on the Fox News report, maybe she’s right to a certain extent. For those of us on the McCain...

I'm not sayin' it's true, I'm not sayin' it's not. That's just what I heard. And no, I won't tell you who said it. Under the new standard of journalism, it's plausible until proven otherwise. And I get to decide what constitutes proof. Better get out in front of this one, Carl!

Watching Fox news and the lead at 3:00 PM EST, was a rant by Shepherd and Carl, saying how Iowa doesn't matter, as Roger Ailes and Fox News spent millions covering it. I guess Roger & Co, at Fox will not like the results(Huckabee and Obama winning and getting momentum). Roger Ailes and his friend Rush Limbaugh, are not amused, thus this little hissy fit.

I can say exactly when I first knew that Fred Dalton Thompson is dangerous. It is 12:07 p.m. on Sunday, September 9th, in Manchester, New Hampshire, just outside a restaurant called Chez Vachon. Thompson has just served up another mumbling, noncommittal tour through a packed diner of breakfasting locals, sitting glumly through the requisite this-sure-is-great-coffee shot. Then, once the needed photos are banked, the lumbering B-list character actor -- who plays a video called "The Hunt for Red November" at every campaign stop and sells buttons that, in an unsettlingly McLuhanian twist, pimp him as the "Law and Order candidate"...

I looked for a thread on Fox News Watch, and didn't find one. Was anyone watching? At the end of the show, they mentioned Carl Cameron being accused by the Kerry campaign of being biased. Something about inadvertantly posting an email on his website regarding Kerry's manicure prior to the first debate. I may not have heard it right--does anyone know anything about this?
