FOLLOWING is a note re todays Alaskan quake. First a comment about this thread.
SOME FREEPERS are fascinated with fringe areas of reality. Some of us even think the fringe areas of knowledge, research, anecdotal stories and the like will have very impactful effects on the WAR ON TERROR, WWIII, Biblical end time events etc.
WE ALSO FIND FREEPERS FULL OF GREAT CREATIVITY OF THOUGHT, INSIGHT, WORK RELATED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS ETC. useful in collecting diverse puzzle pieces and in analyzing them. This diversity is priceless and virtually unavailable on any other site.
While we are seriously interested in topics which others scoff at, throw tinfoil hat assaults at and which we often even can't discuss calmly with many of our relatives and friends--we are either not all loonies or not 100% looney--though perhaps, hopefully, healthily insane in an insane society a la Eric Fromm.
Nevertheless, we do NOT enjoy nor appreciate hostile flame wars and the like just because we enjoy fringe puzzle pieces and analysis. Nor do we wish to cast the least bit of aspersions on FR.
I do not know how many of us will be willing to show up and post on this thread. Many are gunshy from all the flame attacks such topics typically trigger hereon. However, if my FREEPMAIL is any hint, there are plenty to be interested in such a thread.
HOWEVER, to whatever degree I may be graced with the ability to do so--this thread will NOT tolerate flame wars, flame posts, hostile jabs at other posters etc. I will do my utmost to get such posts pulled immediately.
The THREAT MATRIX thread has done mostly pretty well at creating and maintaining a lot of resourcefulness, creativity, camaraderie, mutual supportiveness and friendliness.
I hope and expect that this thread can even do better. Certainly I will do what I can to help make that happen.
If this thread flies and helps in any way analyze the WOT threats as well as natural disaster threats or any other plausible threats from 'reality' (whatever that is), then WONDERFUL. If it's just a good place to toss around the various puzzle pieces and their implications in a convoluted era and reality--that's worth some time, too.
If this thread dies and early death from disinterest, so be it.
If you have comments about the above, please post them! Hostile dereogatory posts will AT LEAST BE WHOLESALE IGNORED.

I recall reading somewhere in the last month, a prediction that a very major devastating quake on the West Coast or the Pacific would occur shortly after a moderate quake in Alaska or just south of Alaska.
We shall see.
Personally, I'd vote for keeping Jihadi's out of quake shelters.

Last week there was a mini quake in the area (2.9). Makes one wonder if there is another on the way. Those of you who are older will remember that in 1990 Iben Browning predicted a quake and gave a particular date. The schools had lower attendance, emergency services were on standby, etc. Nothing happened and it was a widely reported non-event.
The interesting thing about the 1811-12 quakes was that they were predicted by the Indian Chief Tecumseh. Its fairly well documented that he did so. Makes one wonder how he was able to do it and scientist today can't.

Have you read ETERNITY IN THEIR HEARTS?
It is a rare Christian book by an anthropologist. It is a collection of stories from around the world of God using various means to prepare different tribal people's for the Gospel.
In one case, a tribal people in Southern China, Northern Burma or some such area . . . HAD NEVER HAD a written language. Yet, there was a tribal story that one day in the future, a white man riding on a donkey would come bringing THE BOOK OF GOD WRITTEN IN THEIR LANGUAGE. This story Shamen had handed down for countless generations.
Sure enough, by an amazing sequence of circumstances, early in this century or some such, I think an American--may have been Canadian or Aussie--arrived at their tribe on a donkey bearing The Bible which had been translated using tapes of their language and a helper.
The book has many incredible stories like that.
I think God sometimes uses virtually any and every channel possible to get through to us thickheaded critters.
I'll certainly vote with you on that one!

There was a brash senior military type who claimed to a UFO/ET/TESLA technologies researcher that:

That's an awesome kind of statement! God only knows how true or not.
But I suspect in the next 1-15 years, we will see just technology stuff come out that will boggle even our 'modern' minds. And that doesn't even touch the spiritual stuff crawling out of the woodwork in the same time frame!

Warning Rulers of the Earth
I recently had what I believe is a profound prophetic experience. I was preaching in an African American church in San Francisco when a tall man and his entourage entered the room. With every eye on him, he made his way to the front row and sat down. I did not know who he was, but after I finished preaching, the pastor introduced him as the mayor of San Francisco! He then asked me to pray for him.
The Spirit of the Lord stirred me with conviction and agitation as I stretched out my hand to him and prayed forcefully, "God, I thank you that all earthly government is derived from your heavenly government. Therefore, let this man know that he will be held accountable for everything he does in this city under the government of God. In Jesus' name. Amen."
Three weeks later, this same man, Gavin Newsome, mayor of San Francisco, was on the front page of every newspaper in America, having ignited the same sex marriage firestorm in America by instructing city clerks to issue gay marriage licenses.
Sent to Warn Our Leaders As I pondered this amazing 'coincidence', God gripped me with the conviction that He had sent me to warn this man in the spirit of Psalm 2:10, "Therefore, you kings, be wise, be warned you judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way."
This warning was not for Mayor Newsome alone, but prophetically represents leaders and politicians everywhere. I believe it is a prophetic picture of the Church's role in this hour; to stand for righteousness and justice and to soberly warn those in authority who would pass laws that hold the Law of God in contempt. The same-sex marriage issue transcends political differences and touches on the very foundations of society.
A Clash of World Views
In this confrontation, I felt that God was thrusting me again, as in 2000, into the spiritual and cultural battle for our nation. These upcoming elections are not about the war or the economy, but about the titanic clash of worldviews - one which can still call evil 'evil' and good 'good' because it is founded on a biblical worldview espoused by our forefathers - and the other based on relativity, where ethics are vague and absolute truth does not exist.
Let us be very clear on this: God is neither a Republican nor a Democrat. He stands alone, above all governments of men, unmoved by the raging sea of history. He judges nations, and He does not ask kings and presidents for their opinion. Instead, He holds them accountable to carry out His unchanging Law lest they come under His wrath, as Psalms 2 reminds us.
God instituted human government to bring order to society and to restrain violence. Romans 13: 3-4 tells us, the government should hold no terror for the blameless, since it bears the sword to punish evildoers. However, when governments become renegade, they cross their own boundaries and use that sword against the innocent. Through legalized abortion, over 40 million American babies have been terrorized in the womb since 1973. Yet the church still votes for those who sanction this atrocity!
Through our votes, we are guilty before God of making alliances with governments whose laws enshrine evil, particularly the evil of shedding innocent blood, the ultimate moral offense.
America at the Crossroads
In a few short months, America will vote again and the stakes are even higher this time. The outcome of this election will shape America's judicial future for decades to come. The next President of the United States of America will almost certainly decide the fate of legalized abortion and whether millions of innocent lives will continue to be taken 'legally' in our country.
Chief Justice Rehnquist, appointed 32 years ago by Nixon, is now 80. Justice Stevens, a liberal, is 84 years old. Justices O'Connor and Ginsburg are 74 and 71 years old, respectively. Any of these pro-choice Justices could vacate their seats during the next 4 years, due to illness, death or retirement.
In 2000, in Stenberg v. Carhart, the U.S. Supreme Court - by a narrow 5-4 vote - struck down a Nebraska abortion ban. This five-member pro-choice majority would be overthrown by the appointment of just one new Justice, potentially by the next president!
In January 2004, we officially closed The Call offices, having fulfilled our mandate from the Lord for that season. However, our country and our leaders remain in desperate need of prayer, now more than ever. In fact, I believe that we are at a place of far greater crisis than we were in 2000. This is not hype or rhetoric, but a sober assessment of our national condition.
In the four short years since The Call DC, America has endured the horrors of 9/11 and fought two wars that continue to claim lives.
The nation and the church are buckling under an escalating spiritual and moral crisis, punctuated by events such as the removal of the Ten Commandments from the Alabama courthouse, the Catholic Church sex abuse scandals and the ordination of a practicing homosexual, given a place of prominence and spiritual authority within the Body of Christ as an Episcopal Bishop. Last month, Massachusetts (home state of Sen. John Kerry) became the first state in our nation's 200 year history to recognize homosexual marriage in bold defiance of the law of God.
Governmental House of Prayer
In light of these things, I am compelled, as never before, by the word the Lord spoke to me, "Raise up a House of Prayer that will contend with every other house."
Now is time for a House of Prayer that will contend for the government of our land!
We believe God is calling for 120 young Nazirites to come to Colorado Springs for 50 days of day and night worship and intercession. We're inviting thousands more to join them at this 24/7 Governmental House of Prayer at the Navigator's Facility from July 10 to August 28, 2004.
This will be no easy walk in the park.
It will be intense. Each student will be expected to give eight hours a day or night. Many will go on extended fasts. The night watches will be as important as the day battles.
I am asking for worship teams that can carry the fire of worship. There will be two-hour shifts for devotion and spiritual refreshing. Then we will follow the Lord again into the battle for the elections, for the courts of our nation and the overturning of Roe v. Wade, for a great youth awakening, for the ending of the Iraq war and for a powerful move of the Holy Spirit in the homosexual communities of America.
While many are convinced that George Bush somehow 'stole' that election, we believe it was the prayers of the church which ultimately decided the outcome of that struggle, as God intervened in human affairs in response to our intercession. Many ministries, including The Call DC, called for extended fasting and prayer during that time and perhaps as many as 1 million people went on a 21-day fast.
It is clear that this coming election will be just as bitterly fought and just as closely won by whomever triumphs.
I believe this is the hour for thousands of young people to come to Colorado Springs to shake the heavens over America for 50 days! Will you help us do this - through your prayers and by giving generously to this cause? Thank you in advance for joining us in this battle.

Scientists believe Sars is here to stay The deadly Sars virus has been found in tears, it has been announced.
Doctors in Singapore swabbed the tear ducts of 36 patients with suspected Sars in April 2003. Eight of these were later diagnosed with probable Sars. The doctors have now revealed that they found signs of Sars in the tears of three of these patients.
Writing in the British Journal of Ophthalmology, they said the findings suggest the virus could be transmitted through tears.
Infected thousands The highly infectious respiratory illness Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, or Sars, first emerged in China's southern province of Guangdong in late 2002. It affected more than 8,000 people throughout 2003 in dozens of countries worldwide and claimed the lives of 774.
A much smaller outbreak occurred earlier this year. Many scientists believe the virus is here to stay. This may be a simple tool in identifying probably cases in future

There is still no vaccine to protect against Sars and there is no specific cure, although existing drugs appear to work for some people.
Scientists are trying to develop a test which would enable doctors to diagnose the virus earlier.
Dr Seng Chee Loon and colleagues at Singapore's National University say analysing tear samples could be one way of spotting the virus. The three patients who had signs of Sars in their tear ducts were all believed to be in the early stages of infection. They had all been tested within nine days of their symptoms starting.
Early stages The remaining patients, who had no signs of the virus in their tears but were later diagnosed with probable Sars, were tested at least 11 days after the start of their symptoms.
The doctors suggested that Sars may only be present in the tear ducts in the early stages of the virus. Signs of other viruses, such as herpes, hepatitis and measles, have also been detected in tears.
The doctors are now planning to carry out further tests to see if analysing tears could be a way of spotting Sars.
"Even as the epidemic has died down, we are warned of future outbreaks.
"This may be a simple tool in identifying probably cases in future and prospective trials are being designed for this purpose," they wrote.

I have just returned from an outreach in the mountains of Northern Luzon, and am now now packing my bags in preparation for my international flight from Manila to Los Angeles on May 13. I will be in the United States for two weeks, then depart for Cape Town, South Africa on May 31.
Prayer Alert - China & Taiwan: Today I received another strong prophetic warning to intercede for Taiwan & China -- specifically, between May 20 (President Chen's inauguration) and the months immediately following. What is transpiring behind the scenes regarding Taiwan's struggle for Independence will directly affect the timetable of the coming quake we have been forewarned about in Asia.
Prayer Alert -
America: Just as a great quake now can be seen on the horizon in Asia, so another great quake is on the threshhold of occurring in the Continental United States. The scales between judgment and grace can easily be tilted by the decisions of leaders behind the scenes who are inwardly thirsty for the anointing and change. An unprecedented wake up call is now at hand -- a great quake in Alaska which will send shock waves rippling around the globe. This quake will be preceded by a smaller quake in the 7-point range south of Alaska along the North American West Coast.
The key to offsetting these two great quakes in 2004 - in China and the US - is strategic prayer towards leadership. Waves of healing must be sent through strategic intercession to the White House, Bejing and Taipei.

Does it make sense for the Government (THEM/THEY/Puppet Masters) to bring any sort of civilian security contractor whose silence and loyalties couldn't be assured? I don't think so. Wackenhut provides security personnel for a number of private prison facilities because private industry is more efficient than the public sector Corrections Personnel.
They also provide security at various nuclear power plants. When I was but 19 I did this at Turkey Point Power Plant and had access to an M16, long before I joined ROTC and later, the Army. I'm sure I wasn't capable of repelling any sort of terrorist attack and I'll bet that is still the situation. Of course, I'll bet the power plants are all plugged into Homeland Security and the Pentagon, now, for a Quick Reaction Force in an emergency!

Late last month Pakistan's Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali watched a test-launch of the country's Ghauri missile, whose 930-mile range allows it to deliver nuclear warheads anywhere in India except Assam and the far south.
There was the usual communique saying that "The prime minister made it clear that Pakistan's edge over its adversaries will be maintained at all costs."
And then just a brief reference to the fact that some time this month will see the first test flight of Pakistan's longest-range missile, the Ghauri III missile, which can strike at targets 2,175 miles away.
Now, what target do you suppose that new missile is meant for? It can't be just India, because no part of India is much more than half that distance away from Pakistan. Time to get the atlas out. Okay, the Ghauri III can reach Thailand and Vietnam, but Pakistan has no quarrel with them. It can just about reach Beijing, but China is sort of an ally (at least in the sense that it also sees India as a strategic rival). So what could it be?
. Oh, look, it can reach Israel. Back in 1982, in Tel Aviv, I interviewed a man called Meir Pa'il. He was a left-wing member of the Knesset who had once served as a colonel on the Israeli general staff, and he told me a story. It was about Israel's nuclear weapons, which Israel never officially confirms that it has, and since he didn't want to end up in jail for 18 years like Mordechai Vanunu later did, he told his story carefully, without ever saying the magic words "nuclear weapons." But his meaning was absolutely clear.
The subject was hot, because just the previous year Israeli planes had flown all the way to Iraq in an unprovoked attack to destroy an experimental nuclear reactor, "Osirak," that was under construction there. Basically, it was an election stunt by Menachem Begin's Likud government, which was in the midst of a hard-fought re-election campaign and needed a patriotic boost.
The reactor could not produce weapons-grade material, and in any case Israeli intelligence must have known that Saddam Hussein was at least 10 years away from nuclear weapons. But the subject was on people's minds. Pa'il told me that in the late '50s, the Israeli government had been deciding to build a new weapon (which must remain anonymous) that would give it total strategic superiority in the region.
Like every member of the general staff, he had the right to demand a full conference to make his case to his colleagues if he thought that a serious mistake was being made. If they didn't agree with him, of course, his military career would be finished -- but he demanded the meeting anyway.
Pa'il argued that Israel was already militarily secure, and could not be beaten for the foreseeable future by any combination of Arab armies.
Perfectly true; in fact, it's still true today. So why, he asked, would any Israeli government take the lead in introducing a new weapon into the region which, if the Arabs eventually got it too, would negate Israel's existing military superiority and expose it to the danger of annihilation? Indeed,wouldn't Israel's possession of this weapon actually goad the Arabs into trying to match it?
They heard him out and rejected his argument, so he retired from the army and went into politics. Israel's nuclear weapons were duly built -- there are now at least 200 of them -- and for more than 40 years, Israel has gotten away with it. Pa'il's concern was reasonable, but he was wrong:
No Arab country except Iraq ever seriously tried to get a nuclear weapon, and even Saddam Hussein gave up when United Nations arms inspectors dismantled his whole program after his defeat in the Gulf war of 1991. Israel has been very lucky -- until now.
Pakistan's nuclear weapons were not built with Israel in mind, of course. They were a response to India's determined drive for nuclear weapons, partly because it felt vulnerable to China, partly just as a badge of great-power status.
It is not known if any colonel on the Indian general staff ever pointed out that India enjoyed unchallengeable military superiority over Pakistan -- six times the population and almost 10 times the economy -- UNLESS both sides acquired nuclear weapons, in which case both sides would be equally and totally vulnerable to destruction. If he did, nobody listened.
So India got nukes, and therefore Pakistan got them. Eventually, in 1998, India tested its weapons publicly, so Pakistan did, too. But long before that, both sides were already building missiles to deliver the nuclear weapons. India wanted a long-range one (because it thinks in terms of a nuclear conflict with China), so Pakistan's armed forces asked for a long-range missile, too.
Did the generals who asked for it know that it would put Israel within range of Pakistan's nuclear weapons? I don't know, but most generals can read maps.
Nobody's luck lasts forever: Israel will soon be vulnerable to a nuclear strike at last. The present Pakistani government would never consider such a thing, but if Islamist extremists should ever seize power there -- well, Pakistan is very vulnerable to an Israeli pre-emptive nuclear strike, and Israel never lets the other side get in the first blow if it can help it.

PERSONAL OBSERVATION OF PHX LIGHTS FROM FREEPER MamaDearest:
What we saw Quix was indeed saucer shaped with lights all around it - many many many lights. I took photos, but gave them to my son years ago. It was the lights most that we both remember. News reports later in the day said it was a "weather balloon." Trust me, it looked nothing like any weather balloon I could fathom in my imagination. My son is a graphic artist. He immediately went back in the house and began to sketch it. I'll ask him if he remembers the shape better than I do or if he still has that sketch.

Please pray for Jay and Joan Swallow along with Negiel Big Pond and his wife. They are leaving for Cuba this Wednesday to meet with Fidel Castro, by the request of Castro.
They will be returning on June 29th.
Castro has cancer at this time.
His daughter and son-in-law are christians. Fidel wants to talk to Native Americans to see why they have become Christians. He wants to know why they have chosen to believe in the religion of "white people" who have had a history of murder and agression against Native Americans.

Fidel Castro's illness may bring turmoil to the country. Other people may attempt to gain control, so please keep the peace of Cuba as a country in mind while you pray along with its relations with other countries. I would ask that you send this email on to other intercessory groups that you know of, and also bring it to any prayer groups that you are attending to lift it up at this time.

Assuming even half what you assert is true, I can appreciate that protecting your identity could be rather priceless as well as a life/death issue.
But I don't think you can blame people, given all the givens, for questioning your credentials etc. It's not as though you come here with a long list of very trustworthy vetting data points.

1) THE UFO/ET PART OF THE 'LIGHT SHOW' WILL BEGIN?
I don't have God's reply on this score. My sense is within 1-5 years.

Bible prophecy Daniel : Iraqi then IRAN???
These below scriptures talk about events occuring at the end right? For those not believing in the Bible or religion, at
least hear me out, or dont..up to you. In Daniel and in Habbabkuk specifically it mentions a war at the end.
I have covered Hab in detail in other posts, pointing out that America may well be the modern day Daughter of
Babylon , also called the Chaladeans and they embark on a war in the mid east and take a huge spoil there scoffing
at all who stand in their way. This post is for your opinon on Daniel :
Daniel 8: 3, 4, 5. "And I saw him come close unto the RAM, and HE was MOVED with CHOLER against him,
and smote the RAM, and BRAKE his two horns; and there was no power in the RAM to stand before him,
but he cast him down to the ground,and stamped upon him; and there was none that could deliver the RAM out of HIS hand
Therefore the HE-GOAT waxed very great; AND WHEN HE WAS STRONG, THE GREAT HORN WAS BROKEN; AND IN ITS PLACE FOUR PROMINENT

This is about Persia right?? The Goat comes from the WEST right?? We've already seen Iraqi being invaded,
but thats just ONE part of Persia, because Iraqi and Iran were Persia. So IF Daniel and Habb is about this time
right now, and Americas War in the Mid East applies, then AMERICA WILL ATTACK IRAN NEXT. IRAN is the next target.
Because the He Goat breaks 2. First Iraqi then IRAN. After which something happens to or in America that removes
it from being as powerful as it was and is now.
My ideas are:
1) Something will happen in America, before they invade another nation, some terrorist attack of some sort that will
get America in MARSHALL LAW and get the troops marching off again to Mid East.
2) America has defeated Iraqi AND will DEFEAT IRAN with no problem. They will win these wars. Now I dont know if its
just Iran and thats it or if the Chaldeans invade more Mid East countrys BUT either way ALL the wars America fights in Mid East
they WIN.
3)The last great victory of America is the final war they win in Mid East. Very soon after there victories in Mid East
America loses ALOT of its power. Something happens, they get invaded, or other nation strike against America. This may
sound INSANE but think it through, another attack on USA soil, Americans go NUT BOWLING CRAZY with anger and plan to
fight AGAIN in Mid East. The law has been passed they dont even need a reason to attack Iran by the way! But this time
the world has little sympathy for America. citing that it was the Iraqi war that caused them their new attacks. America
will flip the world the bird and do what it wants. All military operations in Mid East will be success, BUT while they
are sending their young stoned torturers offshore, Russia and their Islamic allies will attack America and remove her
from being as mighty as she is now. With the way the world is now, if America attacks another nation as it did Iraqi there will
be either a public or secret colation of states that will get together and plan to deal with America, because she will
be seen as the greatest threat.
If you read Daniel and Hab...how much closer could it be to being fullfilled than what America is doing in Mid East??
Is this NOT A MAJOR RELGIOUS CONSPIRACY?? That the bible is being PROVEN and its PROPHECIES fullfilled right before our eyes
