Picking it up on my satellite receiver from Fox News. Smoke billowing out of top ten floors with flames shooting out. Apparently, a twin engine passenger plane slammed into the building.

How incredibly awful. Prayers going out.

Dear Lord, it looks like the plane went right through. Is that even possible without having plane wreckage on the ground below?

The man on the phone right now says he saw the impact and that there was an ENORMOUS fireball, many times bigger than the top of the WTC (which is pretty darned big). And that the plane simply plowed into the north side (the one in the photo) on a left-banking turn.

Wow. That's horrible. They're saying small commuter plane on Fox. Unbelievable.

Another plane just did it to tower II.

They are reporting no casuaslties as yet. But it is not possible to assume there are none. I don't see how they can get there to look for casualties just yet

I can't believe I am seeing this--the tower on the left just had an explosion too!! About 3/4 of the way up.

Don't pilots have to submit a flight plan? If so, I wonder where this pilot was intending to go?

Someone just told me a SECOND plane hit the tower!

That is what I'm hearing too. First explosion was from a passenger aircraft. Second was another large-ish aircraft, witneses say it didnt look like a rescue-type plane. And that it just plowed right in.

Another Plane just went in to the building - Dont know what happend to it. We can see it from my window. OH HOW HORRIBLE!!! It's gotta be terrorists I am shaking while I am typing you can see the whole thing from my window. You can see the fireball!

Second plane jet liner went between the tow towers, banked right and slammed into the 2nd tower. Unbelievable!

It happened while Fox news was showing live pictures of the first fire; another jet came in from the right of the picture and crashed into the second tower. I didn't believe what I was watching.

Yes. Suicide mission. I just saw the replay of the second impact and the pilot very obviously lowered his trajectory.

Getting report now that the FBI says a plane was hijacked somewhere earlier today. Not much info yet.

unconfirmed--American Airlines is saying one of their planes was hijacked and deliberately crashed into the tower. There's also speculation the commuter plane was hijacked.

Yes, the 2nd plane flew straight between the towers and banked sharply right slamming into the 2nd tower. It hit lower than the first plane.

Second plane is a 737 hijacked earlier, confirmed by reports FBI is getting.
