This will give obama the opportunity to bring all his relatives to the US for humanatarium reasons. A danger to leave them there.

  • Tracy Morgan sues Walmart over deadly crash

In addition to claiming that Roper was exhausted when he crashed his 18-wheeler, the suit alleges he had driven more than 700 miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., to a Walmart distribution center in Smyrna, Del., before beginning his shift.

“Walmart was careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle, which caused Mr. Morgan to suffer severe personal injuries,” the suit reads.

And that could/should show the Wal Mart driver was impaired due to his long drive just to get to work.

" When they moved to Wis., Walmart transferred her to a local store, making $0.50 an hour less than in Ill. She's making over $20 an hour and not in management."

I worked at Wal Mart for 10 years until this last January. I was paid $12 an hour after 10 years. There are associates there making a lot more per hour. To control this Wal Mart some 6-7 years back put a wage cap. They are letting people go who have been there 15 + years.

1 friend of mine had the same job she loved for over 15 years. They terminated her for being to slow on the job. They told her she could reapply after 90 days.

Being desperate since hubby had recently been diagnosed with life threatening illness, she applied after the 90 days.

Wal Mart hired her back for the exact same position she worked when she was fired. Pay rate minimum wage, part time ( a few hours less per week than she worked prior to termination) and NO insurance. Very sad to see happen. She is not the only one to experience this.

People are applauding Wal Mart for planning to hire 100,000 vets in 2014. They think it is great. I think it is BS!! .... Vets have the VA for medical so WM is off the hook providing them with insurance. And long term higher paid ,insured associates will be terminated to make room for the vets sadly.

I Geocache also. I downloaded the $10 GPS Geocache Official site program to my phone. I get all the info on sites, log in my finds, if maintenance is needed etc. I have never trespassed on a hunt. It is fun hiking and looking for the clue for the cache. I find them all along highways in rest areas. A great way to walk the dogs and stretch the legs.

Some are micro caches and you can sit at a picnic table and not be aware your 2 inches from a cache. Plain fun and ingenious methods to hide them make for a fun outing, planned or spur of the moment. And yes I bag trash and haul it out.

They can manage this because they need extra staff to work 28-hour weeks to cover the hours cutbacks due to Obamacare.

Part time employees with VA medical benefits, fits right in with Obamacare insurance. Save WM a bundle on insurance.

I have a mountain of old paper sources from the 1880’s to the 1960’s. Time, Life, Newsweek, Farmers WIfe etc etc. My grand kids are in grade school and starting to write essays, book reports etc.

I am having a blast giving them news magazines from the time of the topic as the source. 90% of the time they get a low grade and I send in the source with a request for reviewing their grade. The grade has been adjusted each time

I remember seeing the attack on Reginald Denny, and the strutting thugs who perpetrated that assault. I also remember thinking at the time that such an exhibition was why Rule .308 was created.

I was at work when he was attacked. We watched it on TV. We also were monitoring ( as part of the job) the all police tac frequencies.

Unit after unit was standing by all over the Los Angeles area in assigned positions, ready to go in and help...they were ordered to stay in position and do nothing until ordered otherwise.

Plenty of LEO were mad as could be and had plenty of comments regarding being ordered to do nothing.

City officials were cowards giving orders hoping to not inflame the situation. Not a bit willing to send in LEO and try to stop Dennys' attack.

Like doing nothing would keep rioting from spreading... DUH!

If I recall correctly, real class.

When his wife divorced him, he directed his attorney to give her 50%. It was his bad that caused the split.

His demand? That the family still spends holidays together.

No time to locate the source I read it on...off to work.

Did you know you cant even pump your own gas in Oregon???

I enjoy not having to pump my fuel.

No smelly hands and time to clean my windows.

During our long wet fall/winter/spring we do not have to get soaked pumping gas. I will happily stay in my car while the summer heat is here also.

Our unleaded yesterday was $4.16-$4.29 depending on where we get our fuel here in Grants Pass.

    No complaints here.

Two summers ago I took the train from Oregon to No Dakota.

We were given the train inspection (with dogs included) in the middle of the plains at a tiny town far from the border.

When I was asked for my ID I offered to make a map of numerous locations in So. Calif along the border where hundreds cross daily.

The agents have not a single ounce of humor to spare while on the job.

  • While DHS takes heat, Mexican grandmother eager about Gabriel

The grandmother knew about Gabriel for at least a year, but made no effort to contact either him or the foster parents. I suspect she heard from her convict son that she could get a $400/month check for bringing Gabriel into her home.

P>I feel in this case the boy should be adopted by the foster parents that have bonded with him. The grandmother has never met him...has she or is she coming up to start a relationship with him to bond?

Parental rights are terminated after (usually ) a year in Oregon. I know this because I have 4 grandchildren in state custody due to parental &#%$&#@ up.

I have a beautiful 8 month old grandson in another foster home who will go up in the adoption program in early next year.

There was family willing to take him home from the hospital. DHS still took him into state custody leaving us all standing there in tears. The foster parents that have had him since birth want to adopt him.

His foster parents are currently adopting a toddler they have had since a few months old...after they had to watch every distant relative get a chance to adopt her first.

My niece wants to adopt the 8 month old if my daughter and her whatever fail to get him back. I will do all I can to help my niece adopt him so he can stay in the family if he goes up for adoption.

I had to become a licensed foster mother to get my 3 oldest (3,6,8) Grandchildren into my home. When/if the time comes I will fight to adopt them.

Daily I do not know if they will be moved due to some minor (unknown to me) or a dumb rule my daughter broke ie: she might be seen driving past my home (They are not allowed by DHS to be near my home at all)

Per DHS as a single person I have a full house with no room in my home for the 4th child. And that my hands are full due to working full time with the 3 kids I have. So he stays in another home while his life is decided by others.

Dealing with DHS here in OR is a tangled mess of bad information/handling/management by DHS for all parties involved...causing more troubles.

The asylum seekers and their families should help the Canadian national health system run more smoothly.

Colds and such should be seen at the ER of course, just like here in the USA.
