Your post may be a bit in jest, but my thought is a bit more serious:
A lesson learned a while back, when circumstances dictated that I would have to be part of an auto accident:
Even if you feel you are a nobody, people step forward at that time to tell you how important you are to them, and that they are grateful for you having been part of their lives.
It takes one by surprise, and it is humbling at the same time. Never underestimate your value to others so long as you remain true to yourself and those parts of you which remain special to others.
