Last week, they continued in their laughable attempt to portray Mitt Romney as a scary far-right extremist with the usual scary, B&W cover picture.
This week, the cover story is "How big government underwrites your life". Which, to put it succinctly, is Joe Klein and his crew trying to justify their party's desire for a bigger and more intrusive government. Not that that's new of course. I recall past instances where Slime Mag ran articles justifying big government.
But that's just a typical week for the Slime crew, which survives only by dint of doctor's offices buying subscriptions.
...”bigger and more intrusive government” than even Republicans would want? That’s hard to imagine, except that it comes from the even more psychotic party of Democrats. They should go ahead. Make our day. The debt pile will get ripped back to foreign countries faster and devalued, leaving us far smaller government. And no...no big government without big revenues from a big, unregulated manufacturing base. Socialists can’t really win in the near future.
Liberals don’t understand the faintest thing about economics. You cannot explain to them that the government doesn’t produce wealth, only money. And that when there’s no tax base, there’s no revenue.
Doesn’t matter what Time Magazine publishes anymore. It stopped being relevant in the mid-90’s. Newsweek was sold a few years ago for $1. These liberal dinosaur publications are on life support and will soon be extinct.

Time was irrelevant _way_ before the 90s. I’ve been told by people on here that they ceased mattering back in the Nixon days.
Pretty much as soon as Henry Luce was gone, they started turning into a liberal rag.
I think one of the funniest things I ever read was some guy on here who told me the following
“Time Mag readers are ludicrously uneducated. Their average age is also around 80. Every time you read the obituaries in your local newspaper, that’s one less Time subscriber.”
