THE OBAMA SUNDAY SPEECH

To start off this new thread, it has been brought to my attention that FReeper, Dengar1, has spotted "suspicious" and unusual muslim activity in his suburban Chicago neighborhood and reports that this activity is happening in another nearby community as well.

Suspicious Activity amongst the Islamic Community in Chicago (Since OBL Dead)

Dengar1 has been a FReeper in good standing for over ten years, so when he says something, you can probably take it to the bank.

In the wake of what is claimed to be the death of osama bin laden, the likelihood of more terrorism around the world has inceased dramatically, The indications I have been seeing and hearing about are that the muslim groups, big and small, have increased their focus on the United States even more dramatically.

There have been general threats issued and that was to be expected. But if the unsettled chatter on the jihad boards is any indication, there is widespread shock and a lot of disbelief in the "official" story obama and members of his administration have released to the public, especially when the "facts" have changed substantially since obama's self-serving speech on Sunday night.

obama is using this as a political tool for his own ends as was very noticable in the stump speech he gave as a "formal announcement," and his subsequent plans to go to Ground Zero and hype himself even more, which I believe is an absolute disgrace from an American point of view.

His Sunday night announcement was delayed nearly an hour to give a flash mob of mostly local college students time to gather in front of the White House and was then broadcast worldwide. It was NOT a spontaneous demonstration of celebration. It was a cynical political ploy orchestrated by the administration and most of those who gathered there were young children on 9/11.

Nevertheless, political or not, these images went out over the airwaves, and while the occasion is indeed worth celebrating, there should have been a period of fact gathering and time for some somber and SOBER reflection before presenting the entire world with a set of unverified and erroneous "facts" coupled with what appeared to be a celebration of bin laden's death when in reality, it was a celebration of obama. The muslims worldwide do not know or care about the difference.

So WHY did he do it the way he did?

As is his wont, he has taken all he credit unto himself, patting himself on the back as if he had planned and executed this operation with no input or help from anybody....for US. THAT is what WE heard. Yet the story was not anything like his big announcment complete with flowery and altogether sickening prose, (which is reminiscent of any muslim pronouncement,) and in fact, is still changing as it becomes clear that most of the people in that compound were women and young children. There were no guards and no human shields as was initially claimed.

There was no major firefight, and indeed, we are now being told that no shots were fired at arriving Americans at all. bin laden's twelve year old daughter states that her father was already captured when he was shot. Whether that is true or not, the muslims will believe it.

WE have no proof that bin laden was even there and the "proof" they claim to have, they won't release for fear of offending muslim "sensibilities"? After broadcasting obama's speech worldwide? After the images of a "euphoric celebration" was broadcast at the same time? After not worrying about offending muslim "sensibilities" as long as obama was being covered on international television?

May I remind this POS that sits at the helm of OUR ship of state that the muslims did not give one good damn about OUR sensibilities when they filmed and released Daniel Pearl's beheading? Or Nick Berg's beheading. Or the bodies of American contractors being mutilated and burned and hung from a bridge in Iraq. And so many other atrocities too numerous to mention.

I WANT that image. I don't care how gruesome they say it is. And if they DON'T release it, the muslims who believe bin laden is dead will STILL seek vengeance, and those who DON'T believe it will feel even more passion to strike because the koran ORDERS them to if their heroes are lied about. Furthermore, obama KNOWS this full well, and the story he told on Sunday night was deliberately DESIGNED to enflame the muslims even more than it was designed to give US any satisfaction whatsoever. It was designed to advance the notion that bin laden AND his faithful wife died as martyred heroes... and that was a flat out lie. The entire premise for obama's speech Sunday night was for muslim ears and eyes, NOT ours. THAT is the muslim way...and obama KNOWS the muslim way.

So Dengar1's experience will be played out in many place across this country, not just in the suburbs of Chicago. If ANYONE on Free Republic has any similar experiene, or if you see somethingthat bothers you enough to set off your gut alarm, do not hesitate to call the FBI and your Local and State Police. Do NOT confuse yourself by second guessing yourself. Just DO it. If you are wrong, there is no harm done, but if you are RIGHT, you might wll save lives. PLEASE BE VIGILANT. I cannot possibly overstate the imminent danger this POS has put us in with the speech he broacast to the world on Sunday night. And now he goes to TARGET Ground Zero.

Can you imagine the impact on muslim "sensibilities" at seeing George Bush CELEBRATING bin laden's death at Ground zero? Do you think obama invited him because he feels so magnanimus towards Bush? OR Giuliani? Bush had the good sense to decline. I don't know if Giuliani will allow himself to be used in this way.

I reiterate. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING...ANYTHING, MAKE THE CALL! AMERICAN LIVES MAY DEPEND ON IT!

Feds get green light for unlimited GPS tracking

Snip from 2010 article: The handwriting has been on the wall for quite some time; and now it’s official, at least for nine far west states – the government can place a GPS tracking device on your car while it is parked on your own property; then track and record your movements for an indefinite period of time, without ever securing a warrant to do so.  This frightening situation is the result of a recent decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Busted! Two new Fed GPS trackers found on SUV

Snip for 2011 article: As the Supreme Court gets ready to hear oral arguments in a case Tuesday that could determine if authorities can track U.S. citizens with GPS vehicle trackers without a warrant, a young man in California has come forward to Wired to reveal that he found not one but two different devices on his vehicle recently.

Pray. Stock up. Try to find some like minded people for when the Troubles get really bad. Pray some more. Pray for courage, for wisdom, and to be guided by God, and for His mercy and justice.

That’s all I can think of. And warn people. I don’t see any political solution, too many are complicit, and the entire edifice is so rotten. Maybe I’m wrong, I wish I were.

Iranian Cyber-Attack Plot against U.S. Exposed in Mexico
Townhall.com ^ | December 13, 2011 | Bob Beauprez

Posted on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 8:20:40 AM by Kaslin

Our three part series “Iran at our Doorstep” published in the Aug-Sept-Oct issues of A Line of Sight documented the three decade progression of Iranian influence and the regime’s terrorist proxy, Hezbollah, in Latin America. The series focused on the Iranians continued quest for nuclear weapons, the alliance with Venezuela to establish a missile base within easy striking distance of the U.S., the vulnerability and relative ease of an EMP attack on the U.S., and the criminal alliance between radical Islam and the drug cartels in an increasingly violent, anti-American war. Our series could have also included the threat of a cyber-attack, as well.

A bombshell documentary aired last Thursday by Univision, the largest Spanish language television network in the U.S., exposed efforts for an attack “worse that the World Trade Center” by using a “digital bomb.” The report “uncovered covert recordings of the alleged Iranian plan to cripple the computer systems of the White House, the FBI, the CIA and several nuclear power plants.”

Documentales Univision: “La Amenaza Irani” a Documentary on the Emerging Iranian Threat in Spanish

Implicated in the cyber plot is Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri, a former Iranian Ambassador to Mexico, who is caught on video accepting a plan from undercover Mexican university students. The Univision documentary aired in Spanish was summarized in a report by Israel Ortega and James Phillips of the Heritage Foundation. As the following excerpt explains, the Mexican students received enthusiastic support for the plot from Venezuelan and Cuban officials as well.

“The documentary showed a former Iran senior official accepting a plan to launch from Mexico a cyber war on the United States, one that would cripple U.S. computer systems, including the White House, the FBI, the CIA and several nuclear plants. The official, former Iranian Ambassador to Mexico Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri, was shown accepting the offer from undercover Mexican university students.”

“The documentary also showed the undercover Mexican students presenting plans for the cyber attack to Venezuelan officials in Mexico. The Venezuelan official was very receptive to the plot, saying that she was close to Venezuela’s hard-leftist President Hugo Chavez and that she would love to share the information with him as soon as possible. The same happened with Cuban officials in Mexico, who were equally interested in a plot against the United States.”

“The students in the documentary appeared to have conducted a sting operation similar to the reports carried out by the American journalist James O’Keefe in the U.S.”Link to entire Heritage report here.

The Univision documentary says “Latin America has become the new frontline in the Secret War” against America and the West. The report also notes, as did the A Line of Sight series, the increasingly strong alliance between Hugo Chavez and the Iranian regime, the Iranian military training camps working out of mosques in Venezuela, and the intricately organized money laundering and drug cartel operations used to funds and support radical Islam’s terrorism agenda aimed at the U.S.

The seriousness and severity of a cyber-attack such as Univision exposed “cannot be ignored” according to Ortega and Phillips. Although the documentary didn’t make the connection, Iran’s allies against America in addition to Venezuela include China and Russia; two nations with considerable technological and military capabilities. Obama’s much vaunted soft-diplomacy and lead-from-behind strategy has obviously failed. As a result, our enemies are more emboldened and the world is a more dangerous place than it was three years ago.

We hold out little hope that the current Administration will alter course. Unfortunately, other than the occasional glancing reference, the issue of increasing terrorist elements in our Hemisphere and on our border has received only minimal attention in the GOP Presidential primary. But, it should. An often quoted proverb of radical Islam is, “You may have the watches but we have the time.” If America continues to ignore the very real growing threat, or try to wish it away, time will one day run out.

Feds Indict Suspected Link Between Mexican Drug Cartels And Muslim Terror Groups
Friends of Ours ^ | 12/14/11 | Friends of Ours

Posted on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 7:56:00 AM by AtlasStalled

A “Lebanese drug kingpin who allegedly has connections to the Zeta drug cartel and Hezbollah has been charged with drug dealing and money laundering” as reported by Jason Ryan for ABC News: “Ayman Joumaa, a.k.a ‘Junior,’ and his associates allegedly shipped an estimated 85,000 kilograms of cocaine into the United States and laundered more than $850 million in drug money coming out of Mexico from the Zeta cartel through front companies and The Lebanese Canadian Bank (LCB).”

According to a former U.S. intelligence agent terror group Hezbollah has established itself in Mexico, and is providing explosives training to the drug cartels:

He told 10News the group receives cartel cash and protection in exchange for Hezbollah expertise. “From money laundering to firearms training and explosives training,” the agent said. * * * Tunnels the cartels have built that cross from Mexico into the U.S. have grown increasingly sophisticated. It is a learned skill, the agent said points to Hezbollah’s involvement.

Last fall Iran — a long-time sponsor of Hezbollah — allegedly hoped to involve a Mexican drug cartel in a plot to assassinate Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United States but thankfully the solicited man was a DEA informant which resulted in the terror bust.

Many critics of the U.S. open border policy long have warned that Muslim terror groups may exploit the smuggling routes which have been established by the drug cartels in order to gain entry into the United States.

American Muslims for Palestine’s Web of Hamas Support
Familysecuritymatters.com ^ | 12-15-11 | Steve Emerson

Posted on Thursday, December 15, 2011 12:49:52 PM by bayouranger

Muslims convicted in America of supporting terrorist groups are heroes and the victims of injustice, a national convention of Palestinian activists was told. In addition, speakers said the fight for a Palestinian state will center on American college campuses.

American Muslims for Palestine (AMP)’s conference on Palestinian activism in America attracted more than 2,000 people Thanksgiving weekend in Chicago.

Last year’s AMP’s conference revealed the organization’s goal to delegitimize the State of Israel in America. This year’s conference reinforced that message, while taking it a step further.

At the opening ceremony, Jamal Said, an imam at the Mosque Foundation in Chicago (Bridgeview Mosque) hailed “the activists and freedom fighters who gave up their personal ambitions and their own lives so our cause may live.”

Said was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) Hamas financing trial. The U.S. Treasury froze HLF assets in 2001 after concluding its money went to Hamas. Last week, a federal appeals court upheld the conviction of five HLF officials in November 2008 who had been accused of illegally routing more than $12 million to Hamas.

During a session held in Arabic, Archbishop Atallah Hanna of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem supported Palestinians imprisoned by Israel for conducting acts of terrorism:

“There are more than 8,000 Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the Occupation. They are the pick of Palestinian youth, of honorable strugglers, who served the Palestinian cause. They were sentenced to the prisons of the racist Occupation because they defended the cause of their people, because they resisted, because they struggled, because they waged Jihad, because they were not those who were silent, who kept apart, who stood with their arms crossed, in the face of what was committed against their Palestinian people. They are prisoners of freedom.” [Emphasis added]

Hanna, an Israeli citizen, ended his speech assuring the audience, “We in Palestine, Christians and Muslims, stand in one trench to confront the Occupation… This Occupation will vanish. Palestine will be liberated and will return to its owners.”

Other speakers attacked the designation of terrorist groups by the United States.

Othman Atta, the executive director of the Islamic Society of Milwaukee, argued that such designations are “political decisions” made by Congress: “It is clearly a political decision. When the PLO was designated as a terrorist group – political decision – Hamas, Hizballah and other groups, when they’re designated as terrorist groups, it is a political decision. They don’t designate Israel, that has been occupying Palestinian lands for decades….”

Congress does not designate terrorist groups or individual terrorists. Statutes empower both the U.S. State Department and the Treasury Department to do so.

Atta is a frequent speaker at AMP events. Some of the members of the Islamic Center in Milwaukee were “involved in raising money in the name” of HLF “that is actually for Hamas,” according to a November 2001 FBI memo.

During the same session Rafeeq Jaber, a founding board member of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), argued that there are risks involved in “working for Palestine.” Jaber then defended convicted terrorists, “So the risks are imprisonment, which is that we talked about here, the HLF, Sami Al-Arian, Dr. Ashqar, Muhammad Salah, and the list goes on and on and on for those people who worked here in the United States. And they suffer.”

Sami Al-Arian, a former University of South Florida professor, pled guilty in 2006 to providing goods and services to the terrorist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Abdelhaleem Ashqar has been accused of racketeering for his alleged support for Hamas. He was acquitted by a jury on these charges in February 2007, but was sentenced to 11 years in prison for criminal contempt and obstruction of justice after refusing to testify before a federal grand jury investigating Hamas support in the United States. Co-conspirator Muhammad Salah was a member of Hamas and indicted for providing material support and resources to Hamas. In July 2007 he was sentenced to 21 months in prison.

Jaber’s defense of terrorists is not surprising given his own support for Hamas. Jaber served as the president of the Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP) from 1996-1998 and from 1999 until the organization shut down in 2005. IAP served as the primary voice of Hamas in the United States. Court documents show both IAP and HLF were created by the “Palestine Committee” in America, which was established by the Muslim Brotherhood to “support Hamas from abroad.” HLF acted as “the fundraising arm for Hamas,” and IAP served as a “media entity.”

The audience also heard from Sarah Mufid Abdulqader, the daughter of one of the convicted HLF members, Mufid Abdulqader. Her father “traveled around the country on HLF’s behalf to speak and raise funds,” according to court documents.

“It’s an honor to have a father that was put in jail,” Sarah Abdulqader said, and she asked Allah “to free all political prisoners of Palestine in Palestine and in the United States.”

AMP’s board includes at least two members with ties to HLF. Salah Sarsour has helped raise money for Hamas and formerly worked for the IAP, law enforcement documents show. AMP’s Osama Abu Irshaid was an editor of Al-Zaytounah, an Arabic newspaper that was published by IAP.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism previously exposed AMP’s support for Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), an anti-Israel campus group that is growing at universities across the country. That support was highlighted during the conference.

Taher Herzallah, the national campus coordinator of AMP and a member of the University of California, Riverside SJP, shared his experiences as a convicted “Irvine 11” student during the conference session “Criminalizing Palestine in the United States.” Ten pro-Palestinian students were convicted in September on charges relating to an organized series of disruptions during a February 2010 speech by Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren at the University of California, Irvine. “Every time they make a move, we become more determined enemies,” Herzallah said.

“The universities – it’s gonna be the front line moving forward, the front line. Why? Because this is the next generation,” AMP Executive Director Hatem Bazian told the audience during a session on activism.

During the same session, a student from the University of Chicago’s SJP praised AMP for its unyielding support. “They don’t just fund us, you know money doesn’t mean much in reality; it’s the support,” Sami Kishawi told the audience. “They’re willing to give us an entire segment of their conference.”

Kishawi claimed that “it’s easier” to be “involved with the liberation of Palestine” as an American. “You are in a position of privilege, not just as a white American, but as Americans in general…Take advantage of it students. I stress to you on campus, as activists, take advantage of the school’s Wi-Fi. Take advantage of the school’s resources,” he told the audience.

Munjed Ahmad, AMP vice chairman added “Why AMP? Because AMP is the, and I stress the, means to the end, the mean to the end. The end is that we will all be in Palestine, a free Palestine, in Masjid Al-Aqsa, remembering the days when we had to fight to be in Masjid Al-Aqsa, and we will be free there. That’s the end.” The Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem is built upon the Jewish Temple Mount. While Muslims have full freedom to worship at the mosque except for occasional security issues, Islamists still use it as a rallying cry against Israel.

And, “AMP,” Ahmad claimed, “is the only organization in the United States that has decided to take this challenge under the banner of Islam.”

Perhaps that’s true today. But in doing so, AMP follows in the footsteps of the groups linked to terrorism that it defended during the conference. IAP, HLF and even Al-Arian’s organization were all shown to be carrying “the banner of Islam” in their quest to replace Israel with a Palestinian state.

Federal judge: Iran shares responsibility for 9/11 terror attacks
The Daily Caller ^ | 12/16/11 | Kenneth Timmerman

Posted on Friday, December 16, 2011 3:11:33 PM by ColdOne

NEW YORK — In an historic hearing in the federal courthouse in Manhattan on Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge George Daniels said he planned to issue a ruling in the coming days declaring that Iran shares in the responsibility for the 9/11 terror attacks.

“The extensive record submitted to this court, including fact witnesses and expert testimony, is satisfactory to this court,” Judge Daniels said. The court “accepts as true” the various allegations of the plaintiffs and their experts, he declared, and “will issue an order” in the coming days that Iran bears legal responsibility for providing “material support” to the 9/11 plotters and hijackers.

Arab American Institute asks for asylum for Syrians in U.S.
Politico44 ^ | 12/20/11 | LEIGH MUNSIL

Posted on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 3:53:44 PM by ColdOne

An Arab-American group is asking the Obama Administration for temporary protected status for Syrian citizens currently in the United States.

“As the Syrian uprising nears its 10th month, the situation on the ground has grown increasingly dangerous for average Syrian citizens,” says the letter, sent to the White House Monday by Arab American Institute’s president James J. Zogby. “Violent clashes between Syrian armed forces and resistance elements have broken out in all quarters of the country, and armed death squads roam the streets, empowered to arbitrarily arrest – and in many cases torture – Syrians who may or may not be critical of the regime.”

Some Syrians and Syrian-Americans who have been critical of the regime have seen their families attacked, and the Syrian ambassadors to the U.S. and U.N. have been investigated for spying on Syrian-Americans.

The Secretary of Homeland Security may provide temporary asylum to people in America who can’t safely return to their home countries, particularly students, tourists and other temporary U.S. visitors, according to the letter.

Raising Money for “Lady Al-Qaida”
Familysecuritymatters.com | 12-20-11 | Steve Emerson

Posted on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 1:30:10 PM by bayouranger

A Northeastern University Muslim chaplain, who also is a Roxbury, Mass. imam, hailed a terrorist convicted of attempting to murder Americans in Afghanistan as “brave,” while painting the United States as an oppressive nation of infidels.

“They say that she took up a machine gun while they held her captive in the other room and was ready to attack her captives. What a brave woman she is,” Abdullah Faaruuq said at a Dec. 8 fundraiser for Aafia Siddiqui.

The fundraiser, “In Support of our Sister, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui,” was held at the Islamic Center of Worcester. Speakers repeatedly cast her prosecution and conviction as unjust.

“What a brave woman she continues to be, and how much her bravery and her faith and her belief warrants our support at this time,” said Faaruuq, an imam at Roxbury’s Mosque for the Praising of Allah. “It is said that we’re trying to raise $30,000 tonight. I would say it’s better that we’ve raised your awareness and raised your ire, as your anger against a government who would level the charges that they have against this woman and they say she is guilty. I would say she’s only guilty of defending herself.”

In addition to lauding Siddiqui’s “bravery,” Faaruuq also condemned American soldiers, the very people who defend America, as “kafirs,” meaning infidels.

“And if my mother was in the same place,” he said, “she would have took (sic) her West Indian machete and cut her way through those kafirs.”

He repeated an unsubstantiated claim that Siddiqui was abused while in custody. Muslims around the world are “cowering at the hand of the disbeliever,” Faaruuq said, “and this one woman locked up deep down, possibly raped and abused, and they’re saying that she was a terrorist, afraid of a 100-pound woman. And I say they call this the land of the free and the home of the brave. And I call it the land of the coward and the home of the slave.”

The presiding judge who reviewed all the evidence saw things differently. U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman said “significant incarceration” was called for because Siddiqui’s acts were premeditated. In his sentencing, he also noted anti-American statements witnesses said were made by Siddiqui while firing on the soldiers, like “I want to kill Americans” and “Death to America.”

It’s not the first time Faaruuq has engaged in violent rhetoric while standing up for Siddiqui. Boston-based watchdog of radical Islamists Charles Jacobs wrote in October that Faaruuq sees cases like Siddiqui’s as part of an effort to target Muslims in America. Muslims should “grab onto the gun and the sword, go out and do your job” in response, Faaruuq said.

Faaruuq also is advocating for Tarek Mehanna, on trial in Boston for conspiring to support terrorists and to kill Americans in a foreign country.

Also coming to Siddiqui’s defense at the fundraiser was Imam Siraj Wahhaj of the Masjid Al-Taqwa mosque in Brooklyn, New York. Wahhaj has a history of defending convicted terrorists, listed as an unindicted co-conspirator and having served as a character witness for Omar Abdel-Rahman, the so-called “blind sheik,” convicted of conspiring to bomb the World Trade Center in 1993.

While acknowledging that he knew little about Siddiqui’s case, Wahhaj provided a long explanation of the American judicial system and highlighted its perceived flaws.

“How many people do you think are wrongfully convicted in the United States every year? About 10,000 people, 10,000.”

After suggesting that Siddiqui might be one of the 10,000, he pledged $500 to her cause.

“But I will tell you this. I studied the case a little bit. I think that she innocent. And I think at least there is grounds, there’s reasonable doubt. And by law, if there’s reasonable doubt, you have to acquit.”

The Muslim American Society also has supported Siddiqui, claiming her “conviction is seriously flawed and her kidnapping and detention is a grave violation of human rights and international law.”

Siddiqui, a Pakistani scientist also known as “Lady al-Qaida,” is serving an 86-year prison sentence after being convicted of attempting to assault and murder American officers in Afghanistan. Prosecutors say she grabbed an Army officer’s M-4 rifle and fired it at another officer and other members of a U.S. interview team at an Afghan police compound in July 2008. She was originally detained by Afghan officials who found in her possession notes about a “mass casualty attack” in the United States, along with a list of New York landmarks.

Mass. man guilty of conspiring to help al-Qaida

BOSTON — A Massachusetts man was convicted Tuesday of conspiring to help al-Qaida and plotting to kill U.S. soldiers in Iraq.

Tarek Mehanna, 24, of Sudbury, faced four terror-related charges and three charges of lying to authorities. A federal jury found him guilty of all counts after deliberating for about 10 hours.

Prosecutors said Mehanna and two friends conspired to travel to Yemen so they could receive training at a terrorism camp and eventually go on to Iraq to fight and kill U.S. soldiers there.

When the men were unable to find such a training camp, Mehanna returned home and began to see himself as part of the al-Qaida “media wing,” translating materials promoting violent jihad and distributing them over the Internet, prosecutors said.

Mehanna, who was born in the U.S. and raised in the Boston suburbs, will be sentenced April 12 and could be sent to prison for the rest of his life. His mother, Souad Mehanna, sobbed after the verdict was read and was consoled by her younger son, Tamer. Mehanna’s lawyers also wept.

Mehanna’s father, Ahmed, a professor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, said he was stunned by the verdict.

“I can’t even think,” he said. “It was political.”

When I copied the link the computer put goofy boxes in there so it couldn’t find that page. Here should be a clickable link that works:

2 Hereinafter this Complaint will refer to President Obama, also known as Barack Hussein Obama Jr., Barack Obama II, and Barry Soetoro, as “Mr. Obama.” This reference is not intended to be disrespectful to the office of the President or to the individual Barack Obama. It is used only to identify the individual, separate from the office, and to simplify communication for purposes of this Complaint.

LOL

Dan, where is the ruling that there is standing for this? It’s a very well thought out pleading. But where is the ruling from the 9th Circuit that they have standing? I would like to read it.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty funny too.

My worry with this is whether - first off, the wrong decision will be made and SCOTUS won’t be able to correct it in time. And secondly, whether the presumption that Obama Sr is Obama’s father without any proof would make Obama’s birth claims legally-accepted “fact” for future legal purposes.

The eligibility lawyers and judges so far have been as corrupt as can be and slippery too.
