Any word on when the special with Carla Sauer Iyer did with NBC & A&E going to air?


Seems I was wrong about the scott Petterson pre-lim. I thought when it was over maybe we could get more coverage on the media about Terri...Now it seems its all Michael Jackson on ALL stations....I feel as if the media is concetrating on this more than most other high profile cases.I for one am gonna turn them off until they start reporting something else. The point I am trying to make is that ALL networks need to be bombarded with e-mail also along with all the judges etc..If we put pressure on them and say we will be turning off till Terri being covered with equal time as other high profile cases might bring some action....After all we are trying to save a LIFE and many more dissabled lives in the future ,not a head of cabbage.....God Bless A&E for their special. I am praying that it will air soon and really open more eyes to our cause.I saw A&E interviewing Rus at the hospice and I am sure she had some powerful things to say.....Just had a thought..I know schlinders are wore out and a trip to do LKL would be hard on especially pop but maybe Rus could be there as well as other programs as a spokeperson for Terri since Rus has HER own story to tell( remember how sympathetic O'Rielly seemed to be to that Kate ??forgot name telling about her experience while being in a coma)..Other than saying muntiple prayers and vigiling at the hospice I feel so helpless and want to help Terri so bad. So my brain always racking what new can we do...ty for listening

Thanks again, everyone. There's at least one outspoken poster over there that said he would probably change his opinion of MS if I could prove that MS petitioned for it. It all starts with one person, right? :)

Well, don't thank me yet. Everything I've found so far is only from this year. One article mentioned that the petition was filed just recently before the article was published, and that was Nov. 1, 2002. So it should have been sometime around Oct. 2002. Nicmarlo has been able to find stuff that says which documents and affidavits have been filed with the court, maybe she can help.

Last but not least, I believe that each individual we can turn to Terri's side becomes another fighter on her behalf. Sometimes those individuals become the staunchest supporters because they had to overcome their initial misgivings. It has happened countless times for Terri so far. Pamela Hennessey was someone who didn't believe at first, and now she runs the website for the family. She's become the media spokesperson for them! Keep up your good work. Late this afternoon, attorneys for Michael Schiavo filed an Emergency Motion to Stay all discovery in Schindler v. Schiavo claiming that to allow discovery to proceed would prevent Mr. Schiavo's access to the courts. At 4:00 p.m. Sixth District Circuit Court Judge Crockett Farnell granted the stay without a hearing or notice ordering that "none of the parties to this case shall engage in any actions, including discovery, until after Judge George Gree has ruled on the Fourth Motion to Disqualify Judge."

"This attempt by Michael Schiavo's lawyers to thwart the discovery of important and previously undiscovered evidence speaks volumes," said Pat Anderson, attorney for the Schindler family. "They appear to be scared of the truth coming out."

LATEST FROM TERRI'S VIGIL - HOSPICE THURSDAY EVENING 7:15 p.m.

As a matter of fact, here's the latest from the front lines of Terri's fight. Pat Anderson, the Schindlers' attorney scheduled a deposition for tomorrow of the doctor re: the fractures. Felos tried to block the deposition and a judge without Pat Anderson's knowledge went along with Felos and was going to prevent tomorrow's deposition. Pat went to another Judge who ordered that the deposition of the doctor would take place tomorrow. Felos is still up to shifty moves.

By the way, Terri was in a chair until about 7:15 pm tonight. She's doing fine. Sorry I don't have the Judges' names.

I think Felos answered his own question. Yes, Terri DOES NEED PROTECTION FROM THE COURTS. Please see my last post. This will probably be documented in the media tomorrow sometime with the Judges' names who were bad boys today.
