The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA) created a new, formal process for deportation called expedited removal. This process was established by Congress to remove certain inadmissible aliens from the United States. The law authorized the Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service to designate certain groups of individuals for placement in expedited removal proceedings. Under expedited removal, individuals can be removed on an order issued by an INS officer. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) began implementing the expedited removal provisions of IIRIRA on April 1, 1997.

When Illegals go Berserk

We are a nation of immigrants. We are not a nation of criminals. That is not our doctrine. Rule of law - that's our doctrine. This flagrant abuse of our laws must stop. We went from Voyage of the Damned to this? Uh uh.

It is an outrage to suggest that illegal immigrants are legally entitled to be here because they successfully evaded the law when entering this country.

Important. NO more illegal immigration. Immigraton story here.

As for the "protesters", slap these babies down, here. Hat tip Cinn Stillwell  When Illegals go Berserk, Will Your State Be Ready

In my March 13, 2006, column I wrote about the 100,000 criminals (illegal aliens, not immigrants) who brazenly marched through the streets of Chicago without fear of being rounded up and deported.

THE AMERICAN FLAG COMES SECOND

You will not see this heart-stopping photo on the front page of the NY Times or on the lead story of the major news networks. You should (hat tip: Mika and F/R):

I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington. The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.

Illegals To Americans: We Hate America

It's hard to imagine that the schoolchildren who engaged in a pro-illegal immigration rally yesterday helped their cause much, except to harden the polarization already felt on both sides of the issue. While our politicians in Washington talked about how the illegals came to the US to enjoy the American dream, their actions speak much more towards the reconquista that, as Michelle Malkin has written, lies at the heart of the triumphalism that they now espouse. The Los Angeles area school districts allowed 22,000 students to protest border security and the enforcement of immigration law Monday, and it produced moments like this one:

upsidedown004.jpg

That is a Mexican flag over an upside-down American flag on the flagpole behind the students that raised them. They say that the Mexican flag doesn't demonstrate disloyalty to the US, but rather allows the students to show "unity": Comments (51)

The rallies in Southern California only ripped the lid off of a well-known dynamic in the culture that mixes native guilt with radical illegal-immigrant activism to fuel the La Raza dream of Aztlan, the reconquest of the the Southwest and its return to Mexico...Well, why not? Reparations for slavery, reparations for Japanese victims of our WWII "concentration camps"... Why not give the southwest back to Mexico?

This link provides a pretty good look into this crisis.

http://www.washtimes.com/op-ed/20060328-102545-2371r.htmThis isn't about what is fair but what is right. Our laws are being broken with impunity.

Is there any clearer illumination of the agenda-driven mainstream media than the infiltration of this open-borders euphemism into the supposedly objective news coverage of the illegal immigration debate?  I have tons more, but I think you...get the picture. Not that the law matters anymore, but identification document fraud is a crime.

The Big Pinata

SOMETIMES EVEN MICHELLE MALKIN misses, in THE AMERICAN FLAG COMES SECOND, what's right in front of her eyes. It's understandable that with the disturbing images of misplaced loyalties represented by the much discussed "flag issue" of the last few days, that the real symbol of Mexican illegal immigration goes unremarked. Yet, in one of the pictures on Malkin's site, it's right there in the foreground. It's the Pinata.

PINATA.jpg
The pinata is a bright candy-and-toy-filled container (generally suspended on a rope from a tree branch or ceiling) that is used during celebrations. A succession of blindfolded, stick-wielding children try to break the pinata in order to collect the candy inside of it. -- Wikipedia

I submit that America as The Big Pinata is what all this is about. It's all it ever has been about. This Mexican flag over the American flag hung upside down (Distress!) simply takes our eye off the ball, or rather, the pinata.

The president's in Mexico today and tomorrow to deliver a stern message to Vicente Fox: we're not going to stand for any more illegal immigrants ... so we'll have to call them "guest workers" instead.

Tom Tancredo: "I wish he'd think about the party and of course I also wish he'd think about the country."

Also attending the summit: Predator.

Heckled by Predator at his speech on immigration, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger narrowed his eyes and murmured, "What de hell ahh you?"

The Absurd Logic of Reconquista

The other side breathlessly reports on the success of the anti-anti-illegal immigration protests in Los Angeles, here and here (via The Corner).  Here's a particularly charming graf from the Aztlan Rising site:

What does the immense success of "La Gran Marcha" mean to Mexicanos and other Latinos? It simply means that we now have the numbers, the political will and the organizational skills to direct our own destinies and not be subservient to the White and Jewish power structures.

They seem to have a particular issue with  Jews:

They're also pretty open about who their allies are, and their long-term plan for wresting control of "Aztla" from the Gringos:

What I find most troubling, of course, are the overtly racist political aims of "Aztlan" and "La Raza", which I wrote about here.  You have to wonder why this is not getting more press attention (nevermind, I think I know the answer).

End of Ignorance

Follow the money

David Frum follows the money in understanding Mexico's posture in the illegal immigration debate. He finds:

In 2005, Mexicans in the United States remitted some $20 billion home. That's 3% of Mexico's entire national income. Remittances have. . .emerge[d] as the country's top single source of foreign exchange. For the 6% of Mexican households that receive remittances, these funds can mean the difference between extreme poverty and an income roughly in line with the Mexican average.

This income flow also can mean the difference between a collapsed Mexican economy and one that, on the surface, is scraping by.

Thanks everyone for all the links, you would think that with all the websites and blogs and marches for our side politicians would take notice. What about the militant grouops against us why aren't the FBI, ICE, and even IRS taking notice of the protestors, the militant websites, and why isn't IRS there arresting the tax evader protestors?

Why aren't these militant websites and comments by the illegals during protests being reported by the likes of WSJ (who advocate cheap labor)and all the other news outlets?

We have a real problem in America PC forbids the reporting of the real truth behind the protestors and their militant groups and leaders of their MOVEMENT! Make no mistake about it it is a MOVEMENT OF MILITANTS!
