You Posted: Carla had to move because MS was stalking her in the past, while she went to court over the insulin bottles.

Okay I found the part about the insulin. This is in Carla's Affidavit the full text is found on TerrisFight.org:

When Michael visited Terri, he always came alone and always had the door closed and locked while he was with Terri. He would typically be there about twenty minutes or so. When he left Terri would would be trembling, crying hysterically, and would be very pale and have cold sweats. It looked to me like Terri was having a hypoglycemic reaction, so I’d check her blood sugar. The glucometer reading would be so low it was below the range where it would register an actual number reading. I would put dextrose in Terri’s mouth to counteract it. This happened about five times on my shift as I recall. Normally Terri’s blood sugar levels were very stable due to the uniformity of her diet through tube feeding. It is my belief that Michael injected Terri with Regular insulin, which is very fast acting.

I just read that Scott Peterson is to be arraigned on Terri's birthday (Dec. 3rd). We're going to have to keep making a lot of noise so that Terri doesn't get buried in the headlines again on her day! Whether or not the media covers it though, I'll be happy knowing that Terri may have one of the nicest birthdays that she's had in a while. If Michael and the courts let her live that long.

BTW, this is slightly off-topic. When I was getting myself familiarized with Terri's case a few months ago, I came across something interesting that I know is also pushing Felos along to get this over with as quick as possible. He's due to be one of a couple of headline guests on an "educational" cruise sometime in January. I don't remember how I found it (probably google or a link), but there was some form to fill out if you wanted to be on this cruise with him and someone else. It was like a continuing education type of thing, I think for lawyers or maybe just anybody interested in whatever he was to opine about. I'll take a guess and say it has something to do with "dying with dignity". If I can relocate it, I'll post it if anyone's interested in looking at it. But for real, he was going on this cruise in Jan. 2004. A court date would totally screw that up for him, wouldn't it!

Yes, and by this time, I think Michael would have been in nursing school. He may have had some access to insulin by then. Needles and syringes wouldn't be hard to get either.

I told my daughter about him melting down her engagement ring and wedding band and making a ring for himself. She was really disgusted. It's amazing how some people cannot see the really disturbed way that MS behaves. He really gives me the creeps!

I was at the hospice last saturday evening when they were doing some filming. I was too camera shy to participate. From what I understood they had just come from interviewing Carla and missed the schindlers as they had left about 30 min earlier. Plans where to get them at another time. They were interviewing other people standing vigil when I left. Understand they will have on TV 1st week in december unless and emergency comes to broadcast earlier. They appeared to be very pro Terri.. WTG A&E

Here's another naysayer to freep.

I'm not trying to be rude, but why is Terri's life so important?

I know there is a following here on FR; spiritually, legally and morally. But what makes her so special? What make's Laci so special for that matter?

No matter how I put this it will be considered rude. But I am curious. As much as I do agree that life is special for everyone, why this pick and choose?

Now, this one will REALLY get me flamed. How does anyone know that not letting her die is not really the most peaceful way she can go (yes, starvation is bad. But O.D. on some barbituates?) I have no problems saying it, if I EVER enter her condition, I wouldn't want freepers like I have witnessed keeping me on a tube. Quite honestly, I have an eternity of sweet, sweet goodness awaiting. I'd rather hit up eternity than live in a dilapitated state.

Carla was one of Terri's nurses several years ago. She executed an affidavit which reported her experiences with multiple hypoglycemic episodes in Terri which suspiciously happened immediately after Michael had left. She thinks Michael may have surreptitiously administered insulin to Terri in an effort to kill her through insulin shock.

it was in favor of MS..Bush has to be ready to prove tomorrow from what I understand that Terri law is constional. They are still just trying to murder Terri The sooner the better for them so MS can get married

The 2nd circus court of appeals kicked the ball back into Baird's court this afternoon. The "defend this presumedly unconstitutional law" hurry-up hearing resumes and Jeb has to have his arguments filed by late this afternoon. The courts on this case have more kangaroos than Australia, I tell ya.
