America Is Officially An Occupied Nation

Obama administration just announced the completion of a formal bilateral exchange program between the US and Russia that seeks to “develop transparency and promote defense reform.”

The extra-constitutional “agreements”(that means illegal agreements) were inked late last month in Washington, D.C., at the fourth annual meeting of the illegally created “U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations.”

This extra-governmental organization, formed under the Obama administration, is one of almost two dozen similar “working groups” bringing together top U.S. and Russian officials. These two bodies are cooperating on everything from the drug war and agriculture to terror, science, “rule of law” (could that be code for martial law?), health, environment, energy, nuclear issues, education, culture, media, business, arms control, and more, according to the U.S. State Department.

The Senate has not ratified any of the international deals, as required by the Constitution of the United States. And as such, this is an illegal agreement. However, this is not just an illegal agreement, IT CONSTITUTES TREASON AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

The agreement calls for Russian troops to engage in policing activities at American public events on American soil.

[snip]

Obama is not just a traitor for bringing in Russian troops to police Americans, his treason started much earlier.

Obama has given away seven strategic, oil-rich Alaskan islands to the Russians at a time when we could be going to war with Russia. At minimum, the oil, alone, from these Islands should be considered to be a military asset.

The killing of a ‘suspicious black man’

The killing of a ‘suspicious black man’

Posted March 13, 2012

By D. Barbara McWhite – March 13, 2012.

Seventeen-year-old Trayvon Martin is dead. Gunned down in Sanford, Fla., on February 26, inside his father’s gated community by the captain of neighborhood watch program, 28-year-old George Zimmerman

According to the Orlando, Fla., station WFTV, police investigations indicate that Trayvon left his home to walk to the local store to buy Skittles for his younger brother and on his return was spotted by George Zimmerman, who called 911 to report a “suspicious black man” to the dispatcher.

Zimmerman, who is white, was advised by 911 to not confront Martin and to wait for police. But by the time police arrived, Zimmerman had a bloody nose and young Trayvon was dead with a gunshot wound to his chest. He had no weapon. He carried only the bag of Skittles and an iced tea.

Still, over two weeks after the killing, George Zimmerman remains free, claiming he acted in self-defense.

Police say they have not arrested Zimmerman because so far they are unable to disprove his claim of self-defense. Sanford police chief, Bill Lee stated, “The evidence and testimony we have so far does not establish that Mr. Zimmerman did not act in self-defense. We don’t have anything to dispute his claim of self-defense, at this point, with the evidence and testimony that we have.”

Police also have thus far refused to release the 911 tape related to the incident despite calls from Trayvon’s parents and a growing swell of supporters. Police say the recordings will be made public when the investigation is complete.

Meanwhile, Trayvon Martin’s parents are outraged. “It doesn’t make sense,” said Ben Crump, the Martin’s attorney. “Trayvon Martin, a kid, has a bag of Skittles. [Zimmerman] had a 9mm gun. Trayvon Martin didn’t approach George Zimmerman, George Zimmerman approached Trayvon Martin. So how can he now assert self defense?”

In demanding the 911 tapes be released, Crump stated, “It will tell us why [Zimmerman] just disregarded, just ignored the police instructions when they tell him to stay put, they’ll be there in a few minutes. On those 911 tapes is going to tell you why he said he’s not going to follow their instructions. And most importantly, it’s going to tell us his mentality when he confronted this 17-year-old kid.”

And that is the question.

The race of the people involved in this tragic story should be incidental. But it’s not. The fact that this young African American male has been called “suspicious” and killed in his own neighborhood by an adult white male is just beginning to be resonate with the media and the public who are starting to demand answers.

The tragedy that eclipses the sad death of this young man is the blindness of police investigators and our own deafness to the cries of the grieving parents who, having lost their son, must now fight to bring justice to the man who killed him.

Young black men have become expendable. We say and do nothing as they are gunned down in our communities every day, often in drug- and gang-related involvements. Have we become so calloused from watching them die that we are now immune to the killing of our best — what is said to be a typical, clean-cut high school junior on his way home from buying candy at the corner store?

And are we supposed to believe that this story would be at this same juncture if the races of the gunman and the victim were reversed?

To borrow a scene from the movie “A Time to Kill” — close your eyes … imagine the family all gathered around the television set, yelling and screaming wildly as they cheer on their favorite sports team. Then, it’s half time and the younger boy begs his older brother to “Please, please go to the store and get the Skittles. You said you would.”

Imagine Trayvon as he leaves his home. See him as he gets the candy and a cold bottle of iced tea to drink on his way back. See him as he heads back home. Maybe he thinks about how he will ask a pretty girl to the upcoming prom. Maybe he thinks about going to college or joining the military. Maybe he whistles or hums as he walks along.

Now imagine him confronted by the man with the gun. Imagine the gunman demanding to know what he is doing in that community, where is he coming from and what business he has on that street on that day.

Now with your eyes still closed, imagine Trayvon shot in the chest … bleeding. It’s hard to breathe; he knows he’s dying and he doesn’t understand why. He was only going home to take candy to his brother.

Now imagine him white.

Now imagine him as your child.

Lawyer: Girl on phone with Trayvon Martin cuts shooter’s self-defense claim – CNN.com

Lawyer: Girl on phone with Trayvon Martin cuts shooter’s self-defense claim – CNN.com

Posted March 21, 2012

Sanford, Florida (CNN) — A girl who overheard part of an incident involving Florida teenager Trayvon Martin can help prove he was killed “in cold blood” by George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, an attorney for Martin’s family said Tuesday.

The girl, who was dating the 17-year-old, “completely blows Zimmerman’s absurd self-defense claim out of the water,” lawyer Benjamin Crump told reporters.

The girl — who he said does not wish to be identified — “connects the dots” about what happened that day when she lays out what she overheard while on the phone with him, he said.

911 calls paint picture of chaos

Martin was fatally shot on February 26 while walking to the house of his father’s fiancee in Sanford after a trip to a nearby convenience store. Zimmerman has acknowledged shooting Martin.

Speaking on the phone shortly before he was shot, Martin told the girl that someone was following him and that he was trying to get away, Crump said.
How Fla. law affects Trayvon Martin case

The girl said that, during the phone call, she heard someone ask Martin what he was doing and heard Martin ask why the person was following him, Crump said. The girl then got the impression that there was an altercation in which the earpiece fell out of Martin’s ear and the connection went dead, Crump said.

Based on what she heard, the girl believes that Martin was pushed, said Crump, who added that the girl did not hear any gunfire.

Phone records show Martin was on the phone with her much of the day, including around the time of the killing, Crump said. He argued that if Martin were really “up to no good,” he wouldn’t have been chatting with his friend on the phone.

The girl said Martin was “his regular self,” Crump said, arguing that any suggestions that the boy was “high” are “preposterous.”

“It’s what Zimmerman wants you to believe so he can justify killing this kid in cold blood,” Crump said.

Natalie Jackson, another attorney for the Martin family, said police had not interviewed the girl.

Sanford Police Sgt. David Morgenstern said “at the onset, we asked any and all witnesses with information to come forward.”

He would not say say whether the department has contacted the girl.

Morgenstern said Martin’s cell phone was collected from the crime scene and investigators were working to acquire records associated with the phone’s use.

The girl provided her account to Crump in a recording, which he said he will share with the Department of Justice, which is investigating.

Justice Department, FBI to investigate Florida teen’s death

Crump said the Martin family does not trust Sanford police to investigate.

Federal prosecutors and the FBI will investigate the incident, which has sparked claims of racial profiling and widespread calls for charges to be filed against Zimmerman.

Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Florida, Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett and Sanford City Manager Norton Bonaparte met Tuesday with Justice Department officials: Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Thomas E. Perez and Deputy Assistant Attorney General Roy L. Austin Jr.

“The gentlemen we spoke with — they said they will not only look at what we’ve done, but they will also … I think his exact comment was there will be no stone that won’t be overturned,” Triplett said.

A grand jury will also help investigate the death of the unarmed African-American teenager.
Outrage after Florida teen’s shooting death

A police report describes Zimmerman as a white male; his family said he’s a Spanish-speaking minority.

The Seminole County Grand Jury will convene April 10, State Attorney Norm Wolfinger said in a statement.

Gov. Rick Scott, who is asking the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to provide “any assistance necessary” to local investigators, insisted Tuesday he would work to ensure “justice prevails.”

The governor met Tuesday in Tallahassee with criminal defense lawyers and protesters who said his office should be more involved and form a task force on racial profiling.

But Scott said any such task force shouldn’t be formed until after a formal investigation. “There should not be racial profiling anywhere,” he told the group.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi said she was “devastated and deeply troubled” over the killing. “When someone loses his life at the hands of another, there cannot be any questions surrounding the circumstances of the death,” she said in a statement.

She said she had spoken with FDLE Commissioner Gerald M. Bailey, “and I know that a complete and thorough review of the facts will be conducted.”

She added that while it is up to the Seminole County State Attorney’s Office to decide whether to file charges, “I will remain vigilant in ensuring that questions are answered.”

Police say they have not charged Zimmerman, 28, because they have no evidence to contradict his story that he shot in self-defense.

In a police report, Officer Timothy Smith says that, when he arrived at the scene of the shooting, a black male was laying face down on the ground, his hands underneath his body. “I attempted to get a response from the black male, but was met with negative results,” the report says.

After speaking with Zimmerman, who had called 911, Smith observed that Zimmerman’s “back appeared to be wet and was covered in grass, as if he had been laying on his back on the ground. Zimmerman was also bleeding from the nose and back of his head.”

Smith wrote that Zimmerman stated, “I was yelling for someone to help me, but no one would help me.” Martin’s family insists it was Trayvon Martin who was heard yelling for help.

Three witnesses who were nearby have said it was Martin who was heard screaming for help in the 911 call placed by Zimmerman, Crump said.

Martin’s father said the family believes race was a factor in their son’s death, fueling public outcry over the incident in the racially mixed community 16 miles northeast of Orlando.

“I think that’s an issue that Mr. Zimmerman himself considers — as someone suspicious — a black kid with a hoodie on, jeans, tennis shoes,” Tracy Martin, the teenager’s father, told CNN. “Thousands of people wear that outfit every day, so what was so suspicious about Trayvon that Zimmerman felt as though he had to confront him?”

Zimmerman’s family has denied race played any role. Zimmerman has “many black family members and friends. He would be the last to discriminate for any reason whatsoever,” his father, Robert Zimmerman, said in a statement to the Orlando Sentinel.

The case was one of the most-discussed topics Tuesday morning on Twitter, much of it dedicated to an online petition posted by Trayvon’s parents calling on Florida authorities to charge Zimmerman.

As of Tuesday evening, more than 638,000 people had signed the petition at Change.org, making it one of the site’s largest petition campaigns ever, spokeswoman Megan Lubin said. More than 10,000 people an hour were signing the petition early Tuesday.

Demonstrators who have turned out in recent days to protest police handling of the case have mocked Zimmerman’s claim, carrying bags of Skittles like the one Trayvon had bought shortly before his death.

CNN has made numerous attempts to contact Zimmerman but has been unsuccessful.

Zimmerman has moved out of his home after receiving death threats, his father said.

Shooting renews debate over ‘stand your ground’ laws

Florida’s deadly force law, also called “stand your ground,” allows people to meet “force with force” if they believe they or someone else is in danger of being seriously harmed by an assailant, but exactly what happened in the moments leading up to Trayvon’s death remains unclear.

In his statement last week, Zimmerman’s father said his son never followed or confronted Trayvon. But on Monday, police released 911 recordings in which Zimmerman says he is, in fact, following the boy.

“Something’s wrong with him. Yep. He’s coming to check me out,” Zimmerman tells a police dispatcher. “He’s got something in his hands. I don’t know what his deal is. Send officers over here.”

The teen started to run, Zimmerman reported. When he said he was following, the dispatcher told him, “We don’t need you to do that.”

Minutes later, someone who lives near the scene of the shooting called 911 to report an altercation. In the background, someone can be heard screaming for help, but the caller said she was too afraid to go outside and see what was going on.

“It’s heart-wrenching, because those actually were my son’s last words,” said Trayvon’s father. “And to hear his last words being cries of help, is devastating. It tears me apart as a father.”

The state attorney’s office also said a voice analysis would be conducted on 911 calls from the night of the shooting to determine who was yelling for help.

Opinion: My son could be Trayvon

Florida Rep. Dennis Baxley, who was the prime House sponsor of the deadly force legislation, told CNN Tuesday that “nothing in ‘stand your ground’ authorizes (you) to pursue and confront.”

White House spokesman Jay Carney said Monday that the FBI was monitoring the case but that the White House was not going to “wade into a local law enforcement matter.”

The Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus and the Congressional Progressive Caucus have also called for a federal investigation, with the Black Caucus saying Sanford police showed “blatant disregard for justice.”

CNN’s Josh Levs, Sunny Hostin, Vivian Kuo, Roland S. Martin, David Mattingly, Rick Martin, John Couwels, Phil Gast and Terry Frieden contributed to this report.

Trayvon Martin phone call contradicts killer’s self-defence claim, family says

Trayvon Martin phone call contradicts killer’s self-defence claim, family says

Posted March 21, 2012

Florida police are under mounting pressure to arrest self-appointed neighbourhood watch volunteer who shot dead an unarmed teenager following dramatic new evidence from the victim’s girlfriend.

The family of Trayvon Martin, 17, say the account from his girlfriend completely contradicts his killer’s self-defence claim.

In a dramatic press conference on Tuesday, the Martin family’s lawyer Benjamin Crump detailed how the unnamed girl – a minor who was so traumatised by Martin’s death she was taken to hospital at his wake – was talking to him on his cell phone in the minutes leading up to his death, and heard the altercation with his killer.

Martin, 17, was shot by Hispanic volunteer watch captain George Zimmerman, who spotted the teenager while patrolling the neighbourhood on a rainy evening in February. Zimmerman, 28, claims he shot the teenager with his licensed 9mm handgun in self-defence during a confrontation.

The failure of local police to arrest Zimmerman in the three weeks since the shooting – and the release of 911 tapes that reveal he followed Martin, despite a warning by a police dispatcher not to – has fuelled a fierce debate on race, vigilante justice and a “stand your ground” law in Florida that allows people to defend themselves using deadly force.

Crump said that during the final phone call with his girlfriend, who was back home in Miami, Martin told her that a stranger was following him, according to an affidavit she recorded. Martin had then tried unsuccessfully to get away from the stranger.

“He says: ‘Oh, he’s right behind me. He’s right behind me again,’” Crump said the girl told him. “She says: ‘Run.’ He says: ‘I’m not going to run, I’m just going to walk fast.’

She then heard Martin saying “Why are you following me” and another voice saying “What are you doing here?” She told Crump they both repeated themselves, and then she thinks she heard Zimmerman push Martin “because his voice changes, like something interrupted his speech.” She heard an altercation and then the phone call was cut off, Crump said.

When police arrived a minute later, at 7.17pm, Martin was lying dead in the street.

There are about 22,000 registered neighbourhood watch groups worldwide and Zimmerman was not part of a registered group which police were aware of, Chris Tutko, the director of the National Neighborhood Watch told ABC News. Had he been, he would have violated parts of the manual which states: “It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers. And they shall not carry weapons or pursue vehicles.”

Before the phone call emerged, there were no witnesses to what happened immediately before the killing, which took place as Martin returned from the local store to the home of his father’s girlfriend in a gated community in Sanford, near Orlando.

But now, Crump told reporters, the girl’s evidence “connected the dots” on the killing. Phone logs also showed that Martin had been on the phone to the girl throughout his trip to the local store to buy candy and drink, he said, disproving Zimmerman’s claim that Martin had been acting suspiciously.

“This claim that Trayvon Martin was the aggressor is preposterous, and it can’t be allowed to stand” said Crump. “The dots have all been connected. Arrest George Zimmerman. Arrest him today.”

Local police say they did not arrest Zimmerman because there were no witnesses to challenge Zimmerman’s claim that he acted in self-defence.

Crump told reporters: “He was just a kid trying to get home from the store and trying to get out of the rain.”

Details of the girl’s evidence came after the US justice department responded to the national outcry over case by announcing it was launching an investigation into the killing, along with the FBI. Florida authorities also announced on Tuesday that a grand jury would hear evidence about the shooting next month.

“The public is entitled to no less than a thorough, deliberate and just review of the facts,” state attorney Norm Wolfinger said. “We intend to honor that commitment.”

The investigations follow a national outcry over Martin’s death, which has seen almost 500,000 people sign a petition on the change.org website calling for Zimmerman to be prosecuted.

This is very important..... http://hebrewnationonline.com/blog/what-does-it-mean-negotiators-begin-piece-talks-over-iftar-dinner-ending-ramadan-celebration/
“The Special Significance Of The Iftar Meal In The Peace Process”
See Israeli-Palestinian peace talks kick off with Iftar dinner at State Department
Special Report by Kimberly Rogers, BeastWatch News

All negotiators know that understanding the culture of a people is paramount to the process of treaty negotiations. A business deal or a cease fire can be undone because of a cultural snafu. The Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations just took a significant turn within the cultural context of those two countries yet few have recognized the prophetic importance of what just happened.

This past Monday evening, the Israelis and Americans both came into covenant with Allah by eating the food dedicated to Allah on Allah’s Ramadan holiday! Most westerners will view this as just a nice gesture toward peace because we don’t understand that the Bible is written in light of ancient near east context which the two countries still uphold in these modern times. Just a few days before, Obama had hosted a fifth Iftar dinner at the White House during Ramadan. Americans have gotten used to this “muslim stuff” in the White House, so what is the big deal and big difference between those other Iftar dinners and this one? Those other dinners celebrated Ramadan, but they were not related to the official business of making a treaty between two parties.

What happened to the Children of Israel when they made covenant with Peor (Num 25:1-2)? YHVH exercised His right to destroy them under the terms of their covenant agreement with Him! A plague killed 24,000 of them came because they ate the sacrifices of Peor (meat dedicated to Peor) and committed fornication with the Midianite women. We may believe that this ancient near east context no longer applies, but we would be wrong. YHVH does not change. His definition of what constitutes a covenant is still the same. Eating a meal with people who are engaged in the celebration of their god with meat dedicated to that god constitutes making a covenant with that god according to every definition given by YHVH in scripture. IT CONTINUES AT LINK ABOVE, WOW

From several pro groups now I get the information that what has the Zero admin in hysterics and anticipating significant terrorist actions is “a new explosive”.

Dip your clothes in a liquid, and the clothes become explosive when dry.

And this is supposed to be undetectable.
